As with any tour so much of the experience depends on the guide and Esin was fabulous! She was knowledgeable about the food and its’ history in Turkish culture. We ate and drank so many things, some of which we likely wouldn’t have tried otherwise. It was great!

Dilek was a great tour guide. Very sociable and knowledgeable. It was good day of seeing some delightful eateries. If anything, we wanted to sample more fish but the meat was divine!!!
