The vehicle had nothing to do with the one on the photos

We were waiting outside the airport half an hour for our transfer. They took us to the vehicle that has nothing to do with the one from their pictures,it was far less luxurious. It was cold and smelly. The driver was talking and texting on the phone all the time (without EarPods).At one point he totally ignored us behind and started having loud conversations on the phone. Not to mention he was burping loud all the time. Not a good experience!

Our driver was rude. He smoked in the van. He stopped a couple of blocks from our hotel, and told us to get out. He put our luggage out on the street, and did not tell us how to get to the hotel. It was overall a very disappointing experience

Hello Dear passenger, we confirmed what you said and ended our business relationship with our driver. However, the situation did not occur as you described. Since the hotel location was closed to vehicle traffic, our driver had to only give you directions because there was no possibility of parking the car.We are very sorry that you have encountered such a situation again.

I booked a luxury sprinter for airport transfer, he sends a minivan. When I asked why? He said luggage wouldn’t fit in the bigger ones (which doesn’t make any sense). Then promised to give me a great discount on a lux sprinter for our next transfer, proceeds to offer full price, then stops responding. I DO NOT recommend. I usually don’t make reviews bashing people but this one pissed me off.

Our service here is in the Minivan and luxury passenger vehicle category. We do not have service for the Sprinter model you mentioned. Secondly, you want to use the Luxury minivan service, but your luggage consists of 7 large luggage and small suitcases for 3 people. Despite all this, we tried to help you. However, we are sorry that we could not take you seriously because you intended to use the other transfer service for free. Kind regards
