I booked our transportation the day before , without any issues, the price was a lot lower than what our hotel offered us. Our driver was on time and got us to the airport without any issues. He was also very friendly and thanked us for visiting his county .

We texted on arrival and went directly to the meeting point. No one there. 15 minutes and multiple texts later someone finally showed up. He said to wait there. ANOTHER 40 minutes passed while he was away. Almost AN HOUR WAIT TIME in total . FINALLY the van showed up. Filthy outside and the inside was 15-20 years old. I travel 100+ days a year and this was the WORST transfer experience I have ever experienced. I'm not sure I will be booking Viator again. They need to drop this vendor. It's TERRIBLE

You are lying. We contacted you while you were still in your country and sent you a detailed video and informational message about the meeting point. You didn't inform us when you arrived. When you went to the meeting point, our staff were taking other guests to their cars. Because of your arrogance, you didn't inform us. The moment you messaged us, we immediately informed our staff, and they called your car and took you there. Our cars are clean; it's normal for the outside of the car to be muddy due to the high volume of passengers and the rainy winter weather. The fact that you're making a fuss about this shows how unrealistic and illogical your accusations are. We try to do our job properly as long as conditions allow. We don't need your stars; keep that one star for yourself, you might need it.

A totally disgusting experience

The worst experience of an airport transfer ever. Made to wait outside in the cold for 25 mins. Finally taken down to the car park to meet the designated driver. A further 10 min wait. The driver then wanted to wait for another arrival and combine the trip despite us having paid for a private transfer. This was ventually resolved. Entered the vehicle which stank of urine. YES urine. He then drove like a lunatic towards Istanbul. My wife in tears screamed for him to slow down which he eventually did. He then missed the turn off for Levent and got us stuck in traffic. 2,5 hours we were left nearly outside our Sheraton Hotel. Nearly as he wanted to avoid their cameras should we report him. A totally disgusting experience.

Cars are not allowed to wait inside the airport; they wait outside. When guests arrive at the meeting point, their cars are called. There is a 15-minute waiting period. This is the normal waiting time for all airport arrivals. You have exaggerated the other details; we contact every guest beforehand, and we contacted you as well. You had our phone number; you could have contacted us via WhatsApp.
