Morning view from top. But we started flight after sunrise. My opinion to start it early, to see sunrise on top.

We met at the hotel's lobby before heading to the take off area. The morning is a bit cool, around 10-12deg C.
The weather was nice. The balloon climbed up and down for a few time. At 2000 feet high, we watched the sunrise very clearly. The instructions from the staff are clear. The landing is soft. We get back to the hotel soon after landing. The breakfast buffet is good. A lot of food to choose. The hotel room is very big.
Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool.
The only thing bad is the traffic going to the hotel. The public transport in Hunter valley is awful. It is better to call an uber in nearby train station than calling uber at Cessnock.
