Grayson the pilot is a real professional and a nice guy. We asked to fly over my brother's property in the Hunter Valley and it was no problem for him. Really easy going and adaptable.
We went to Ivanhoe winery first and it has beautiful gardens and sculptures. Very friendly staff.
2nd winery was McCaffrey's - I liked it a bit better as it was a smaller one and owned by husband and wife and had more homely feel to it, whole Declan was very knowledgeable about all things wine
