Authentic, fun, and delicious

This was so fun and felt more authentic thsn other cooking classes we've tried. The first part was a walk around the market with the guide to pick out the ingredients to cook with. Then we got into a car and we're driven to the Cam Kim island where we rode in the basket boats. This was a smaller group so it didn't feel like a tourist mill and we interacted with a couple of adorable local kids before getting on. The guides we're so enthusiastic and sang and spun us around. We did some crab fishing as well and I caught one! After the basket boats we walked through a neighborhood to a very clean, well equipped kitchens and dining area tucked into the neighborhood. The cooking class was the main event - the guide was a head chef for 15 years and was so good at delegation and directions. The final products were so delicious!
