We had the best time cooking with Rosie on this tour!! We started out with the morning market, where we learned about local produce and customs, went for a coffee, and then made 4 delicious dishes. Cannot recommend this enough! Rosie is so sweet and a great teacher. This will be a highlight of your trip for sure.

5* home cooking experience!

This cooking class was fabulous! Hannah was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, funny and passionate. We visited the Tra Que vegetable village first for our herbs and then visited the market to choose some fruit and veg. After a yummy coffee break, we went to the home and Hannah showed us how to make 4 dishes. We chose this class specifically for the phở bò and were not disappointed, learning to make it from scratch! We also really enjoyed the fun games and eating each dish as we went along.The only thing we could think to improve the experience would be allowing us to pick the herbs at the farm ourselves but such a minor thing. Overall 5 stars!!

Fantastic cooking course

We really like this course, we looked at the market like a local people and have a coffee typical for this place. After we started cooking and had a lot of fun. Every food which we had was really delicious and one of us was vegetarian so we had a 2 king with meat and without. So we are really excited and happy.

Must-do cooking experience!

Amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment we met Hanna at the market, we knew we were in for a great experience with someone who really cared. She instantly bonded with our 6 year old who loves food and Hanna included her at every part of the experience. We wanted more than a basic cooking class and that’s exactly what we got with 4 dishes including some of our favourites which we wanted to learn how to make at home. So much fun and super tasty! Please do this tour, you won’t be disappointed!!

It's a great cooking class, Rosie and her family are great people! We went to the market in the beginning of the morning, met some local people and then drink a coffee at a really nice coffee shop. The cooking class is great, very interactive, we also did some funny competitions. I totally recommend this tour! Thanks for the experience!

PHOnomenal!!!!! Really, just book it. Real people and real food, no tourist gimmicks or wasted time. Start at the market to pick out your food and then go cook and eat it. Unique tasty dishes and wonderful instruction. Became friends with Rosie, Hannah, and Summer after sharing this fun experience at the Jolie villa. They do an amazing cooking program and nothing could be improved. Was so fun and informative. Big smiles and laughs the Whole time.

Wunderschöner Kochabend

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr leckeren, lustigsten und informativen Nachmittag/Abend mit Rosie und der ganzen Kochcrew. Wir haben insgesamt 4 Gerichte gemeinsam gekocht und am Ende gab es noch ein Früchtedessert. Am Anfang waren wir alle gemeinsam auf dem Markt einkaufen und uns wurde viel über heimisches Obst und Gemüse erklärt. Danach sind wir in die Kochschule und haben mit viel Spaß die einzelnen Gerichte zubereitet und direkt danach gegessen. Alle haben sehr viel Mühe und Liebe reingesteckt, dass die einzelnen Schritte gut erklärt sind und jeder versteht was er macht. Rundum war es eine perfekte Erfahrung und wir würden es immer wieder machen ☺️
