We booked a private shopping tour with Jennie through Viator. Jennie is a local in Hanoi and she knows all the best kept secrets! Jennie reached out once I booked the tour and she asked me for a shopping list! My family and I love gems, crystals and vintage clothes, we also had a few other things on the list. Jennie asked us all types of questions and prepared the perfect day!! I was so blown away by the gem shop- it was unbelievable! All the cool vintage stores she brought us to, we would have never have found on our own! We bought some of the coolest stuff and had so much fun with Jennie!! I highly recommend if you love shopping!!!

If you like shopping especially for specific things you might not find on your own Jennie is your girl. I WhatsApp her before I arrived about some particular pearls I wanted and she even had a tailor me us at my hotel. It’s a Great service. Highly recommend Thanks Jennie !

My experience shopping with Jenny Cherry was fabulous! She contacted me beforehand to learn what I was shopping for and curated a wonderful shopping experience for me. I was looking for art and fine handicrafts and Jenny took me to a few high-end workshops and an art gallery. Specifically, we went to a lacquerware workshop and an embroidery workshop, at both of which I could watch the craft being made. Jenny was truly enthusiastic and very patient while I looked at the wares and decided what to purchase. Jenny also graciously walked with me in and out of many small souvenir shops to look for small items and gifts. She was incredibly patient and kind throughout, and we chatted the whole time. It as like making a new friend! Jenny also answered my questions about Vietnamese culture and language - she is very knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge. Also, it was raining the day we were together, and Jenny called and paid for taxis to take us from place to place. She even insisted on holding her umbrella over me as we went in and out of the souvenir shops. Jenny and I spent five hours together and it was great fun! I highly recommend this tour!! If you are going to Hanoi and are interested in shopping, sign up for this tour!!

I sent my shopping list to Cherry before traveling to Vietnam. She visited various shops researching the gifts I wanted. She ordered things that would take time to make or ship to Hanoi. The shopping tour was organized, transportation arranged, and the shops we visited had excellent representations of the desired gifts. Without Cherry I would have wandered around Hanoi hoping to find good quality gifts. Instead I felt assured that I was getting the best price and quality available. Her knowledge of the city and culture is extensive. Worth every penny for the tour. You will have a good time, learn about the city from a local, and enjoy Cherry’s company. My highest recommendation.
