Waterfall closed due to flooding

Trip would have been fantastic, however the waterfall was closed as the site had flooded. We couldn’t get to the waterfall or do the boat ride (access to boats had also flooded). Pho our tour guide was brilliant and did everything to make the tour enjoyable. It would have been 5 stars if we had been able to see the waterfall. However it’s disappointing to do a 2 day, expensive trip to see a waterfall that’s closed. We didn’t complain as we thought they can’t control the weather, however if they’d known (or checked) that the waterfall was inaccessible then we could have rearranged.

We were the only people on the tour so it ended up being a private tour! It's a long drive, but what a beautiful area! The waterfalls were amazing as were the views from the pagoda and the cave tour. Our guide was fantastic!
