3D2N cruise with ups and downs

We spent the 3D2N on the Amanda Cruise ship. The arrival and pickup in Hanoi worked out well. After arrival there was a lunch where we asked for a vegetarian option which was quite delicious at lunch but very disappointing at dinner (while the normal menu included seafood etc, we got tasteless spaghetti and bad pizza). The music at dinner was way too loud for our taste. The activity on the second day we liked the most: we went on a smaller boat into Lan Ha Bay and were able to swim and kayak there from the boat, which was great! The interior of the ship was old-fashioned and looked in need of renovation (in our bathroom the water dripped from the ceiling and from above the door frame). Our conclusion: A cruise in Halong and Lan Ha Bay is definitely worth it, but I would choose a more modern ship next time!

Leider ist diese wunderschöne Landschaft zugemüllt und überlaufen. Die 5 Sterne Schiffe entsprechen nicht den Bildern bzw. sind renovierungsbedürftig. Die Touren laufen alle ähnlich ab, man wird abgeholt (2 Stunden Zeit zu rechnen) und anschließend Mal wieder zu einem Shop gefahren (Perlenfarm) und anschließend auf das Schiff gebracht. Es ist alles genau getaktet an Programm. Zu Gute heißen muss man definitiv das Essen, das war sehr lecker.
