Our guide Brittany reached out day before to confirm, was on time at our pickup location. She was conscientious to assure we could see the Citadel, Titanic cemetery, and Peggy's Cove. She provided interesting information on each location, not all that would be in brochures, etc that showed she had researched area history.

This tour with Will was a must do! We had the best and learned so many things about Halifax. Will was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his town and full of stories! Knew the best places to find lobster rolls too. Well worth the fee. Thanks Will!

We showed up early for our tour, and waiting an hour. No one showed up. We made several calls and found out they did not have anyone to drive us for our private tour but, failed to contact us. We were extremely disappointed. I can’t even give them 1 star. Very poor communication!

Jack did a wonderful job. He was very informative and engaging. He was very helpful getting my mom and her wheelchair in and out of the van. It was a great way for us to see the best of Halifax.

Coming in on a cruise ship, this is the way to go!

Good experience- we found to be a bit on the pricey side. Had to pay in Amercian $ and we are Canadian and booked in Canada. Same tour was offered by another tour group for 30% less

We loved our guide. He was so nice, and knew the history of Halifax very well. The time flew by. He told us all the different versions of how Peggy’s Cove got it’s name, which was very entertaining.

Tour guide cancelled an hour before. Am tired of this happening.

Company cancelled one hour before because tour guide was sick. Did not have good cell service, they should have texted. Did not get voicemail until we had waited for them to show up. Not cool. We can’t cancel an hour before but they can! We organized our trip around this and it was too late to book anything else. If they were a well run business they would have arrangements with other tour companies and offered an alternative. They offered the next day but it was our last day. They said would receive a refund so I assume that will happen. I AM REALLY TIRED OF VIATOR VENDORS REPEATEDLY CANCELLING. Happens more often than not.
