Please wait at the agreed pickup location, such as your hotel entrance, cruise terminal exit, or designated meeting point, 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time. For easy identification, your guide may be holding a sign with your name on it. If you are unable to respond or cannot be reached by phone, your guide will still arrive at the confirmed pickup location and wait with a sign displaying your name.
