Way too much historical detail for our tastes. Literally had to shut it off after 15 minutes. It also was a little dangerous driving and paying attention to it.

Expected (and assured by Viator booking agent) a car was to be included with the tour. Taxi driver had extreme difficulty finding the address - used the map on Viator tour description page to find starting point. A very small (and poorly marked) park was seen; apparently the "starting point" for the tour. Expected to see a business, but nothing there. Called Viator help number, put on hold for about 15 min while they tried to contact tour operator, then told that they would continue trying to reach them and to call back in 30 min. It became obvious that the tour required your own vehicle. As we were visiting from a cruise ship with limited time on-shore, we abandoned all hope and headed to a shopping mall that we intended to visit during the tour.
This is the second time that a cruise ship excursion booked through Viator fell through. Very unlikely that we will use Viator again.,

David, this sounds super frustrating! I get why you'd be disappointed. This Guam tour is a self-drive audio, so you need your wheels to explore. The app and tour info should also be downloaded beforehand to avoid any hiccups. The app guides you through everything if you start at the right spot. It was great for quick day trip. The optional 1.7 mile hike is pretty intense, but beautiful! Thoroughly enjoyed the drive and audio accompaniment.

This was a great app and so worth the money! I am glad the other comments said to download it and use it on your first day at Guam so you can see and hear about places in Guam you might want to go back and visit longer which is what we did! We learned SO MUCH about Guam and the Chamorro culture from this app and are very pleased with its offerings. I agree with the others, I wish there was more information, but maybe they didn't want to do information overload? Overall, we are super satisfied with this app and love that we can go back in and review the information in more detail whenever we want or to visit places we heard about through this app.
