This was an amazing way to learn about the city! We started with an introduction to the history of Guadalajara with visuals! Then our walking exploration began. We walked, talked, tasted and truly explored the city. I would say this is a must! What better way to learn about a culture than through its food. Highly recommend!

Eliza is a bundle of historical information wrapped in global context and intimate dining experiences. We learned a lot about the history, current events and personality of some of the colonias in Guadalajara. We have really started to fall in love with this city. Eliza’s expertise is invaluable.
