My wife and I traveled to Guadalajara and took the Herradura Hacienda tequila trip on March 4, 2026. Our guide Delfino and driver Fernando were excellent. The tour was very informative and we had a great time after visiting the Herradura Hacienda. We traveled to the town of tequila. We visited several of the tequila, factories there and had lunch. I would highly recommend this tour five stars.

Herradura guide was amazing, very enthusiastic which made us ask more questions...The driver was knowledgeable about the area as well...It was a few hours longer than booked... maybe due to traffic

Delfino gave us a great day as we toured Herradura and Tequila town. He obviously loves his job, and has much knowledge about the history of this area.
He also drives skillfully, as traffic in Guadalajara can be congested at times.
When we stopped for lunch, He even had the restaurant give us a wonderful surprise anniversary treat!
You are going to love this tour and Delfino.

My friend and I were looking to pass the day, see some of the surrounding areas around Guadalajara, and learn a little about Tequila in the process without a big group tour experience or hokey tourist trap. This fit the bill perfectly! Thanks to COVID, Herradura was closed but I am certain that this experience was all the better as a result. Our guide, Alejandro, was OUTSTANDING. He was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our many questions about Guadalajara and the tequila-making process. The tour consisted of just me and my buddy, which was great. El Último Agave and Hacienda de Oro were awesome experiences and both venues were quaint and beautiful. The tasting took place in a beautiful setting overlooking the agave fields and the people who were running it were amazing! Jazmín did an OUTSTANDING job giving her first tour in English and both Alejandro and Jazmín were kind enough to speak in both Spanish and English so that I could work on my Spanish and my buddy could still understand. We also were able to see the Sauza factory and eat a delicious lunch on their premises before wandering the streets of Tequila. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a genuine, authentic, and unique experience. El Último Agave/Hacienda de Oro were definitely the highlights and if you can pay a little for the private tour, it is well worth it!

My friend and I were looking to pass the day, see some new sights, and learn a little about tequila in the process. However, we wanted to steer clear of big tours and hokey tourist traps. This experience was awesome. Thanks to COVID, Herradura was closed but I am positive that this experience was all the better. It was a private tour with an AWESOME guide, Alejandro. Alejandro was very knowledgeable about the area and answered many of our questions about Guadalajara and the surrounding regions. El Último Agave and Haciendo de Oro were amazing. The scenery was fantastic and the tasting took place in two beautiful and unique locations. Jazmín was an outstanding guide at both of these locations and did a great job giving her first tour in English. Both Alejandro and Jazmín also we’re kind enough to speak in both Spanish and English so that I could practice my Spanish and my buddy could still understand. This was such a memorable experience. We also got to see the Sauza property and town of tequila. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a more authentic experience! Pay a little extra for the private tour, if possible.
