My husband and I took this tour as a port stop on a cruise. Jimmy was our driver and he was awesome! My husband told him that I really wanted to see the "hairy coos". Jimmy made sure that I was able to see them and feed them. It was an amazing experience. Because it was only the two of us on the tour, Jimmy was able to pivot and take us to a couple of different places as we had already been to a few castle ruins. We really enjoyed our time with Jimmy. He made sure to answer all of our questions about Scotland when we were driving and gave us sufficient time at the sites we visited. I highly recommend this tour.

Ross provided excellent commentary, information and tips for where to eat and our interests. Was very accommodating to our family with a wheelchair. Communication was clear and he was very efficient making sure we had enough time to see all we requested.

George was so wonderful! We had such a wonderful time with him and he had great information about the city, as well as made sure we were comfortable the whole ride. He allowed us to have a relaxed time and take our time (especially with the hairy coos!) We were also provided with snacks and waters. Would definitely have another tour again, especially with George.

If you are on tight schedule and you want to view highlights of London this is the best way to see it. Our driver and tour guide was great. We had been on plane for 9 hours and could have only seen a couple of things in London if we had not take the private tour. We were starved so by having private tour the driver took us to a local sandwich restaurant. It was great and quick service. Saved us precious time. Excellent tour and highly recommend.

Omar went above and beyond to show us the Loch and the Highland cows. The castle he was going to show us was closed so he took us Stirling castle instead. It was fascinating and beautiful. Omar answered all of our questions. We had a great time!!

We had an amazing day with Simon! He was there early to pick us up and we headed right off! We drove through some beautiful scenery and stopped at some beautiful overlooks. We thoroughly enjoyed feeding the Highland Cows. Stopped at a quaint little Victorian town for lunch. Went to view a couple of castles - one where they filmed Outlander, Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Game of Thrones. Simon was more than accommodating- even making a quick stop at the local grocery for us! Highly recommend this tour and most especially Simon!

It was excellent and our driver, Phil Hannah was exceptional. As we had time, he also made a stop not on the tour which was fun. We were the only ones on this tour and he took some photos of us and sent to me after which was nice. We would definitely use Viator again as we have now for years.

Our tour guide, George, was absolutely amazing! He was willing to make a few adjustments to our tour. He was very knowledgeable about each location that he took us to see. He was so fun, told great stories and felt like part of the family. George also provided Scottish drinks and snacks which was so fun! Absolutely outstanding tour and guide.

Our tour guide never showed. Contacted Viator was absolutely no help except to give me phone number to local tour guide. Never heard back from Viator, they were to send email after they contacted tour guide. I was able to connect with tour guide after 2 calls. They scheduled wrong date by mistake. If Viator would have helped there possibly would have been enough time for them to send someone. However, this did not happen. Still 8 hours later I Have NOT heard from Viator.

Jerry was our personal tour guide and went above and beyond in every way. He personalized our tour to what we wanted to do: cows, pubs, and historical landmarks. He was flexible with our requests and delivered local surprises including snacks! He got us back on our cruise ship in time and provided a once in a lifetime tour. This was the best experience of the entire trip. Scotland is a gorgeous place with so much history and magic. Gerry was the best guide. He asked what I was interested in seeing and doing and then that’s what we did. I learned a lot, saw a lot, and thoroughly enjoyed my day. By the end of the trip I was sad to say goodbye to my new friend.
