We ended up with a private tour which was awesome. The driver even sang us some Scottish songs. He also took us to different places because we had time.

Best part of my trip. My driver was amazing, I never felt rushed at any location, every stop had something great to see, so many photo opportunities. The driver was funny, knowledgeable and so polite. If I ever go back to Scotland I would definitely use this company again!

We ended up being the only ones on this tour but they didn’t cancel and our driver / guide took us everywhere we were supposed to go and did all he could to make it a good day for us. I gave it a 4 star rating because the castle and grounds weren’t as impressive as others we’d seen but I’d recommend the tour company and would be happy to use them again. Thank you!

I recommend this tour! The sights were splendid, the Inveraray castle is very much worth visiting, the Luss village is fabulous, and the driver Stef was very friendly. This was one of the best days of our stay in Scotland.

Wonderful tour by Sergio. He is very personable and cooperative. He made our tour so memorable and got our vacation off to a great start after our originallly scheduled tour with Timberbush canceled the day before. Trust Sergio to give you a great Glasgow tour.

The artifacts from the caloden war & rob Roy were wonderful & the condition of the castle was impressive. The tour was private which is always enjoyable & it’s a very nice family tour business. I have been trying to download 5 pictures but the app repeatedly won’t work.

I never got there because the roads were closed due to a traffic accident which we only found out halfway there. As a result they dropped me off instead at Kelvingrove. I did not get a confirmation saying I would be picked up at home at 10am. Also the excursion was refunded only €30 but I paid much more. Very disappointed

We are really sorry you were disappointed. Unfortunately a road traffic accident is completely out with our control which caused the only road to Inveraray Castle from Glasgow to be closed. We offered to take you to Stirling Castle instead of Inveraray Castle as this is in a different direction but you refused and asked for us to take you to Kelvingrove instead. We had contacted you weeks prior to your tour to confirm we would pick you up at 9am from the address you were staying at, you responded to this thanking us. We offered you a refund which was more than 50% of what you had paid for the tour.
We value your feedback and always try our best to ensure our customers are happy with the service we have provided. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Our guide was Sergio, from Serca Tours. He was a fantastic guide, gave us plenty of time to what we wanted to do, told us a lot about Scotland and we had fun during the ride. Visited Luss, beautiful little town at Loch Lomond, did a small cruise, went to Inverary with great Fish&Chips at Café Bela! On the way to Inverary hè stoppen, so we could take some pics at a wonderful view at the beginning of the Highlands. Inverary Castle and it’s gardens were also beautiful!
