Flight Delays Over 2 Hours If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, G-express Tours will offer the best possible solution based on availability. We cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to wait. – If the transfer cannot wait, you may need to arrange alternative transport at your own cost. – If you decline the proposed options, the original booking will be charged at 50%. – If the driver is still available and the transfer can be completed, a 30% delay surcharge applies. • Late-Night Arrivals For transfers with an arrival time beyond 22:00, a 30% late-night surcharge is added to the booking. • Flight Cancellations If your flight is cancelled, any refund (full, partial, or none) is at the discretion of G-express Tours. If you are rebooked on a different flight, a new transfer booking may be required, subject to availability and full cost. • Flight Diversions If your flight is diverted, please notify G-express Tours as soon as possible. The airline is responsible for returning you to the original arrival airport. All delays are calculated based on the time you reach the originally booked airport. If you choose to travel elsewhere instead, the original transfer will be charged in full.
