What a fun, unique...

What a fun, unique experience. My kids (19, 18, 14) thought it was the coolest thing they have ever done. They will always remember this vacation. We are so glad we added this to our vacation.

We didnt get what we paid for

We booked and paid for an English tour. Our French guide wasnt aware and was pretty grumpy about this. My wife was a little nervous, she wasnt helped by long instructions in French, then relayed to us in a few sentences, during which he got annoyed by us asking questions. Its not made clear before the canyoning, theres a pretty steep hike, for about 20 minutes in the heat in wetsuits. We checked in advance if this was strenuous, and told it wasnt, my wife struggled to keep up with the quick pace, which again made the guide pretty grumpy. We didnt find out to after he handed water out to everyone else but not us, while we were a little behind. My daughter and I actually really enjoyed the experience, most people will. One part that was concerning is when we were close to the end, we were given an instruction by the guide. A Spanish lady who spoke some French and English warned us, that he had explained to us using the exact opposite word (wide instead or narrow), obviously this keep be dangerous.

Bonjour, je ne comprends pas votre commentaire, aucun guide ne m'a parlé de cela ! pourquoi ne m'avoir contacter directement pour pouvoir comprendre la situation, la vous mettez un avis 6 mois après. Je suis désolé pour vous que l'activité est été trop dur pour votre femme mais tous est bien expliqué dans la description ! Aujourd'hui je ne sais pas qui vous êtes, ni avec qui vous avez fait la sortie, ça aurait été mieux de me contacter après votre sortie pour que je puisse faire les ajustement nécessaire. Bonne journée

Canyoning What A Great Time

We were a party of 10 (4 Adults, 4 x 15yrs and 2x 11yrs) we had such a good time & properly laughed. To start with you do have a 20 minute uphill walk, which is testing in the heat but it is absolutely worth it for the experience that you then get. Our guide Kevin was brilliant & spoke very good English. He also didn't allow us to have any kind of wobbles when we looked down what he wanted us to slide down, jump off & abseil down, he basically told us to get on with it, which was just perfect & well and truly needed. None of us had ever canyoned before & we absolutely loved every minute of it & have promised to go back again when we visit Annecy.

Merci à Yohan pour la séance de canyoning, pour une première c'était excellent. On a fait le plein de sensations, de nature et d'eau fraîche mais ça fait un bien fou. Un florilège de descentes en rappel, toboggans et sauts. On s'est régalées et nous reviendrons c'est sûr 😉
