I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! This company is absolutely horrible and have terrible business ethics!! They canceled the trip because not enough people booked and I still have yet to receive my refund after multiple calls. The first call, the agent said I had to wait 24 hrs for a manager to issue me a refund. The 2nd call, he claimed my refund would be issued within 2-3 minutes and an email would be sent to me. Guess what?! Still nothing from them!

If you booked through a third party like Viator, their processing time is typically 7–10 business days before the funds appear back on your account. While the refund was submitted immediately on our end, we do not control their processing timeline. My paid for trip was cancelled by the firm, so I was not able to enjoy it. But to add fun to this, they refuse to refund my fee even though they are the ones who cancelled. Guess I have a fight coming up.

Refunds through third party platforms can take up to 14 days to reflect back on your card. We hope yours has since been processed and that you'll give Sea Rocket in Fort Lauderdale another chance!
