It was a disappointing tour. There were hidden travel costs as our guide didn't have a car.
The information was very scant as our guide had a limited grasp of english and the facts we were told were given without any enthusiasm.

The guided tour around Fez with Ali was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable about Fez and its history and it was an honour to learn from him. Although we visited local artisans there wasn’t any hard sells and I wasn’t under any pressure to purchase anything. He showed me a lovely textile shop and took me to where they make ceramics. On request he also took me outside of the medina to see the Royal Palace, the Jewish quarter and breath taking panoramic views.
I would absolutely recommend!

We had an absolutely fabulous day with Lamiaa and Karim!!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would. They picked us up near our hotel, and shared their beautiful city with us in their own unique style. We learned SO much about the Fes Medina and surrounding areas during the tour. Lamiaa was very patient as we asked many questions. She carefully explained the answers and checked with us constantly to see if we wanted to see certain things as the tour progressed. The day was wonderful. At the end, they recommended a great local restaurant which we immediately went to visit. The local cuisine there was wonderful!!!! If you are in this area, you should most definitely book this tour. You cannot go wrong with it.

Our guide was lovely and soft spoken. She gave us such a warm and welcoming tour of the Medina. We met her husband and son, who made us feel right at home. She let is dictate what we saw and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I can't say anything bad about the experience, from the communication, to the actual tour, to meeting her family and seeing her family shop. All was lovely and incredible!

This was a fantastic tour with Taoufik, who is a true local who grew up in the medina and provided insights into the oral history and living in the Medina. In addition to the touristy sites, we toured residential areas, local markets and even visited the dar (house) Taoufik lived in as a child with three generations of family (which is now inhabited by other relatives). We visited several food markets, tried many varieties of dates, and even had a bowl of fava bean soup with locals having breakfast - it was nearly a food tour included!
We have friends visiting Morocco later this year and will recommend Taoufik to them by name!

Had a great tour with Lamiaa. I went on the tour alone with my 1.5 year old. For. Families, I would say that if you are comfortable using a baby carrier (not very pram friendly streets) and walking 5-6km, then I would absolutely recommend the tour. Lamiaa was very genuine and made sure the pace worked for us. We got to see the less tourist side of Fes, ticked off some big itinerary ‘to see’ items and learnt heaps about the city. We started the day with tea at a cafe outside the city and then roamed around, she quickly noticed what our interests were and catered the tour to our particular likings which I absolutely loved.
