We booked and paid for a AC transfer and we came in a van with faulty AC and driver opened the windows on such a hot day, for 4-5 hours.
This is completely unacceptable experience expected from Viator.

Efficient and comfortable transfer with lots of leg room in the van. We stopped twice for photos and once for a bathroom. The trip took around 4.5 hours. A great way to get from Fes to Chefchaouen!

This was a good option for getting from Fez to Chefchaouen. It’s a four hour drive so you can also see more of the landscape.
Omar and Younes did a good job and the price is good, especially if you’re a bit on a budget.

This is a very convenient way to travel from Fes to Chefchaouen. We had a few stops along the way to take photos, which you wouldn't get with a bus. Best of all, when we arrived, I was allowed to join a tour of the city and then met up with the driver after to collect my luggage.

One of the best and most professional drivers I've ever had anywhere in the world.
Our driver was exceptionally skilled as a driver, focused on getting our group to our destination in a safe and comfortable manner.
His vehicle was a newer model and very clean, with functioning seat belts (other companies didn't always have this). Our van could hold about 10 or 12 people but our trip only had 4 passengers.
Our driver played a broad selection of mostly American music from the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s, and provided us all with a small water bottle as well.
We stopped 3 times along the route - two of the stops were very brief at roadside stands where one could buy juice or souvenirs, and one stop was for 15 minutes at a cafe with a clean set of toilets.

We joined a group of day tour travellers on their way back to Tangier from Chefshaouen. As such we were made to sit at the front of the bus. The driver was already 30 minutes late before picking up the day tour group at another location. At Tangier, we were about the last ones to be dropped off. The entire trip took almost 4 hours instead of 2.5 hours as indicated.

It was a great experience. Only a few Euros more than the bus to Chefchaouen and I got picked up from hostel and got a guided tour by local guide. Oumaima did her best to make our trip as pleasant as possible.

The shuttle bus was comfortable - some of the passengers were on a day tour. We had 3 stops - two at nice viewpoints and one toilet break in a pleasant area. However, upon our arrival in Chefchaouen, there was a bit of hassle over the drop off point I requested during the booking.

Safe and friendly driver. Cost effective and easy way to get from Fez to Chefchaouen. Read that the public bus takes 4-5 hours, this one left earlier compared to first available bus departure (8am vs 9:30am) and we rode in a comfortable sprinter van, arriving around noon.

We booked this one-way transfer and actually ended up being assigned to a day tour instead of just a transfer. There were about 12 others on board with us. This was fine as we got there quickly and on time just not as described/expected. They even had someone pick us up at our riad and drive us to the meeting location, which was greatly appreciated.

Although the description says this includes pickup at your riad/hotel, I had to insist that they do so. The bus was comfortable but if there was wifi (as promised), no one gave us a password. Driver did a terrific job and our tour guide was warm and welcoming. We were only using this as a transfer so didn’t take the guided tour in Chefchaouen. I appreciated having a restroom break partway through the trip.

Great service to get to Chefchaouen withoit taking the bus. I was pickednup at my hotel in Fes. At one of the stops, the driver called my hotel in Chefchaouen to find out where I should be dropped off. When we arrived, he made sure a represenative of the hotel met me to help guide me to the hotel. The ride between the two cities is beautiful. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and we had a full van and it appeared most people were using it without any issues.
We stopped three times (two for pictures and one for restroom and breakfast/snacks).
I would have appreciated if the transfer brought us closer to the hotel but we had to walk with our heavy bags for quite a distance. It would have been nice to know the drop off location PRIOR to being dropped off. I'm ok with walking but expected to be closer.

1) I got confirmation at 18:00 the day before departure. He did not respond to my emails before hand. He said he could depart only at 08:00, when i asked for 12:00.
2) fast wifi. Impressive.
3) although it was door-to-door service, the people told me that they would show me the house and i would need to bring my luggage back to the car and to home. As morocco is very bazzar and the ways are hard to find, +i did not have data plans on my phone, i thought it was ridiculous. If i had to find my own way back home, i would have booked for a CTM bus which is only 70 dirhams. I had to argue and impress my anger. The driver in the end brought my luggage home but he was not happy, nor the person in charge of this platform was not happy.
4) here offers an unexpected tour upon arrival. Because majority of people were on the bus for a one day tour at chef and was going back to fes. I thought it would be pleasant to have a tour with them but the day was too hot and i had more days to explore the city, so i thought it was not nessasery so i asked to go my home directly.
5) at home, i could see a car right in front of the house, when the driver told me that i would have to walk my way to home.
Poor service for what you have paid for.
