Tour no-showed and never responded to any of my chat questions. No phone number for tour provider given.

A bit disappointed

The experience was ok. They were 30mins late to pick us up from the hotel to the point we thought they weren’t coming. The driver finally showed up and was very nice though, and it was stated as a 4 hour workshop. We only had 2 hours there before the guide said we were finished with our tour even though it was advertised as a workshop (class). I found it kinda rude that the guide asked for a tip 3 times, otherwise it was an informative experience. We did not get to make our own pot, we painted a small cup and couldn’t have it finished (fired) because we were leaving to a flight later in the day. The only cool experience was making the Moroccan decorative tile. The guy who helped us was nice and that was the best part of the 2 hour (not 4 hour) workshop tour. We also got to spin a pot on the wheel but didn’t get to do anything further with it. I was disappointed that it wasn’t advertised better as I thought we would get to make our own pottery by myself. I would’ve given 3 stars, but due to the 30 min delay, and the guide asking for a tip multiple times i feel it’s fair.

We are glad to hear that you found parts of the experience enjoyable. Regarding the pot, we can always send it to your home if you provide us with your address. Please note that the theft is beyond our control. As for the duration of the "Pottery and Mosaic Workshop: Make Your Own Pot - Fes, Morocco," the 4-hour period includes the pickup time as well. Seamless pick up from our road by private driver. Private tour of the work shop with guide. Got to paint a tagine, make a mosaic and try the kick wheel 10/10 would recommend!

Our guide was very helpful and informative. We experienced hands on activities eg: using the pottery wheel to make a plate/dish. Also, an artisan assisted with our designing and making a mosaic tile to take home. The shop was enormous with many mosaic pieces to purchase at a discount.

Habiamos pagado recojida en el hotel. No han venido ni avisado. Al intentar conectar teléfono de centralita. Fonalmente contacto con un chat no se si hombre o máquina. Promesa de devolver el importe via formulario email pero pasan las horas y no lo recibo. Carisimo y tomadura de pelo. Un timo en toda regla
