Easy to connect over WhatsApp and accommodated request to start the tour earlier. Comfortable with English. Though took us to many shops no pressure to buy. I rate him so mediocre because he was only on phone through out our walk through the Medina. Without guide you will get lost so he was like our Google maps. He was just talking on phone and walking ahead we kept calling him and asking questions. Even in the car the guide was only chatting with the driver. The personal tour was a waste as we could hardly engage with the guide. I wouldn’t recommend him

Omar and Hamid were great - they taught me a lot of interesting things and made me feel really welcome and comfortable. We got onto the subject of languages and they speak multiple languages too! Had a fun day, I learnt a lot and got to experience the real Fez with locals who grew up in the Medina.
