This is just 3rd party to get bus ticket so you do pay a premium versus just purchasing ticket at the bus station counter but it was nice and reassuring to have a ticket in advance. The operator was quick to respond- my original selected time wasn’t available and I was asked to select alternate time - and the ticket was delivered promptly via chat.

it was hassle free to purchase it early on for a morning bus as there was no issue of missing the counter staff to buy it in the station.However CTM counter was also open and they accepted the mobile ticket too.
