I was picked up by shuttle bus in time and arrived to the airport in time too. The reasons I gave 3 stars is because in your instructions on the tickets is stated that the timings of picking up will be faxed/emailed to the hotel the day before. The fax/email never arrived. I had to phone the office of provider to ask for the confirmation. It was on Sunday and it was not straight forward. Very stressful.

I am used to flying to and from Faro airport and I've used several different transfer companies but I was delighted with my transfer arrangements with Viator using Best 4 you shared shuttle. The driver was very professional, smartly dressed in a suit and went out of his way to help me. I would have no hesitation recommending them. They fully deserve a 5 star rating.
