We had a fantastic day out on this tour. Our tour guide Bruno was excellent. He took us to see the alternative Portugal where locals live and work. The farmers market at Loule was fantastic as was the walk through the town meeting local artists and crafts people. Bruno knows the area very well and took us to the best sights. Lunch was good too on a small Resteraunt in Alte. He also gave us lots of information about life in Portugal which you don’t see in the tourist areas.

Fabulous tour in the Algarve

We were picked up by our hotel in Faro and Bruno was a lovely guide, so helpful and full of information, and we would highly recommend this tour. A well paced and thought out tour with lots of variety from stunning scenery inland and at the coast at Bengali to Loule market and town, which was delightful, and a visit to Alto to stop for lunch plus stops at a waterfall and unusual places of worship on the way. We felt this tour made our holiday complete and it was good to be able to go inland and see more of the Algarve way of life. He even provided us with pastel de nata’s and water for the journey.
