Shackleton and beyond….an exceptional tour of The Falklands.

Zak, a passionate, knowledgeable and personable young man provided an exceptionally well-prepared tour though was able to deviate from his usual approach in response to our questions and comments. As such, with a long family history in The Falklands and direct links to the discovery of Shackleton’s “Endurance” we came away with a great understanding and respect for Shackleton and life in The Falklands. Finishing the tour with tea and homemade cake in the Shackleton Room capped off a perfect day. The gift of a copy of the book, The Ship Beneath the Ice, by Mensun Bound, was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! Derry

It’s the best tour we’ve ever been on! We toured with the explorer that discovered Shackleton’s Endurance. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about his discovery. We loved it! He even gave us a copy of his book that was 2nd on the best seller list! We loved everything!!
