They never showed up. My tour was canceled 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no reason given.

This tour doesn’t even run and after booking this trip for my husband and myself they NEVER showed up to pick us up. The tour guide didn’t even have the decency to reach out to us after he read our text message saying how excited we were. Just didn’t show and we were out our last $200 in an unknown place

They never showed up to pick us up.
Apparently this tour hasn't operated in a coupe years yet Viator left the listing up. Eight of us were left very disappointed and wasted a day.

Trip was great!!! Our guide Gerardo was very friendly, attentive and helpful. He made sure we didn’t feel rushed and took our time to enjoy the trip. Definitely recommend it!

Our guide L was fantastic, great companion, courteous, very respectful and patient. We went to see and learn and he took us to very good spots in the city. Beaches he took us were great, lunch was in Luquillo and he took us to La Parrilla were they treated us super good and all we tasted was perfect and typical of the country. We saw the famous placita of Santurce with its dual function of market during the day and party meeting spot afterwards. We recommend the tour to everybody.
