Horses are trained for this ride. You just ride and they will take you. More instructions for those with no riding experience would be helpful but even those with no experience did fine.

A lovely, relaxing horse walk along a beautiful, quiet beach. We were collected by Crystal near our cruise terminal in her car, it was super easy and comfortable. Alex was our guide with the horses and he was kind enough to take photos and a video of our tour which was sent to us by WhatsApp.

This was an absolutely fantastic first experience. I did my research and ended up picking this horseback ride on the beach excursion. We were on a cruise and wanted something FUN to do. My husband, two adult daughters (25 & 19) and myself were first timers and had a wonderful time. We opted for pick up. Directions were easy to follow. Horses were very well mannered and the hosts, Crystal and Alex were very accommodating. There were no others in our group, so it was like a private ride. Happily surprised at the length of the ride, not rushed or pressured at all. We loved it and can’t recommend it enough. We were even given sand dollars from the beach after the ride for keepsakes. Photos were also taken during our ride, still waiting for those to be received….cant wait to see them! If you are contemplating,

Crystal was absolutely wonderful, accommodating and personable! Her son was also on our trip and he was so fun and a pleasant little dude- totally made our day! We had clear instructions to meet at the pickup point and made friends with the other group that was with us on the tour. The drive was a bit long but the beach we got to was beautiful as it lined the coast. No complaints on our first experience but 2 of 6 horses went much faster than the tour as whole and I wish I was warned on how to maneuver the bounce cuz now my back hurts. The other horses were calm and very easy to ride, we enjoyed the ocean breeze, and causally horseback riding along the coast. Overall, an amazing experience and glad we booked with Viator!

The horseback riding was amazing as were the tour operators and staff. My only recommendation is that they provide water and a place to use the restroom. We actually had to pee in the back of the horse trailer.

We also want to address your concerns. During your visit, we did stop by a restroom, and we offered to take you to another one, which tou which you declined at the time and said "That's ok, I dont mind taking a squat."
As for water, it was never requested, but we would have been more than happy to provide it—especially since we noticed you had a beer, we assumed you were set for drinks.
That said, we truly value your feedback. We'll look at ways to better communicate available amenities and ensure guests know they can always ask for water or a restroom stop. We want every part of your experience to be just as enjoyable as the ride itself.

Wr had a fantastic time! Crystal was amazing and we highly recommend!! Except for the wind, it was a beautiful ride and horses were sweet too.

The ride was on a peaceful stretch of beach. We came on a rare foggy day but it was still the perfect activity for any weather. Our tour host, Crystal, was flexible and provided great communication and was very personable. Our guide, Alex was great with the group, giving us each the experience we were looking for and even took pictures and videos along the way that were shared with us at the end of our ride. Great experience!
