A terrific tour of Ensenada with our guide Eric! Super easy to meet Eric just outside the cruise port where he was waiting for us. A very informative trip to the spectacular marine geyser and the large, and super fun tourist market. Eric allowed us plenty of time to explore on our own and shared his experience and insight to assure we had a great tour while learning about the city, its people and the local culture.

Our driver Eric was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was about 45 min away from the cruise port. He had a sign with our name and we still got lost lol. He took the time to call us and drive to find us. We had a very easy ride up to La Bufadora. He even stopped so the elders in our party could use the bathroom. We spent 2 hours sight seeing and enjoyed lunch at Lydia's. Highly recommend this your guide and the company.

It was very cool to see the Geiser Sprout out. Also I enjoyed our tour guide talking about Encinata and what to expect in the market place. Eric was very knowlegible about Encinata. The weather was great.

The best way to enjoy your Ensenada experience! Our guides, Bryan and Fernando were so good! We learned about and experienced the area in a way we will always remember. They made it personal to us and so FUN!! We savored amazing, authentic local food. We were able to do and experience all we wanted in our way and on our time.

Eric was the BEST!!!! So down to Earth, very knowledgeable, very chill, and able to meet our party's needs and wants very easily. He made sure our group did exactly what we wanted, ate what we liked, shopped for as long or as little as we wanted, and saw la bufonda for as long as we liked. I would 10000% go on another tour with him again. His English was impeccable, he is truly is fluent if you are worried about communication at all. He was also very patient because I have limited Spanish and like to learn as much as I can so he was informative with my questions!
The van was extremely comfortable, it cooled down quickly, was very clean, and the seats were very plush.
The market can be a bit aggressive but Eric gave us ALL the tips. He will tell you where to shop, how to bargain, how to stay safe with your credit card, etc. He was not affiliated with any particular shop, no "this is my cousin" etc.
If you aren't used to shopping flea market style, be prepared for extremely aggressive sales tactics. YOU GET MORE FLIES WITH HONEY NOT VINEGAR. A simple "no, gracias" goes a very very long way. Especially in SPANISH. Don't ignore them, this is how they make their money. They are going to want a sale, just be POLITE. Before you agree to purchase, ask the price!!

Driver had sign with our name so we could find him at meeting point. Cruise passengers, it is about a 10 minute walk (depending on berth) from ship to meeting point. You must walk through the gate at your berth, then along road to a second gate where you exit port area. The meeting point is the big white building ahead on the right.
Eric was the perfect tour guide!! He provided interesting commentary about the area on the drive as well as personal information about his connection to the area. Provided helpful Bufadora viewing and market shopping tips. Stayed nearby while we explored so felt safe and could ask questions. Eric offered local taco stops outside touristy areas on the way back, if we were interested. There was only a family of six and my husband and me on the tour so were agreed to make two quick stops. One seafood, one carnitas. Both inexpensive and exceptional!! Some passengers requested to be and were dropped off at a shopping area near the port. Driver confirmed our all aboard times as soon as we met. Overall, lots of flexibility to meet everyone’s needs! Tour exceeded expectations and was excellent value.

Fernando was great! He was professional, courteous, and provided useful information to enhance our experience. He met us outside of the port at our designated time and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We had ample time to visit the blowhole, do some shopping at the vendors nearby, and visit local food spots without having to worry about missing our boarding time for our cruise. Fernando also provided suggestions on other places he could take us, but we felt we had a full enough experience to head back to the ship. We were very pleased with Fernando and our tour experience. Don’t hesitate, book this excursion!

Eric was a true pleasure to have as a tour guide. He was very informative on all aspects of the tour. He gave us so much helpful advice of how to deal with vendors, where to eat and overall life in Ensenada.
The tour itself provided a personal touch. It was 100% better than the “cattle herd” tours we’ve had in the past.

Eric was a great tour guide. He gave us quite a bit of history of the area, along with many tips and suggestions while visiting Ensenada. The transportation was comfortable. He took us to an awesome local taco place for lunch that was incredibly cheap and very delicious! I highly recommend this tour!

We had a great tour through Ensenada and then La Bufadora. Erik was the BEST tour guide. He told us a lot of information on Ensenada and all of Mexico. He gave us lots of good advice and then took us to a great local taco stand after seeing the blowhole. Best tacos ever! Thanks Erik you did an excellent job!!

We seemed to travel quite a distance for the blow hole and we could have done with more time at flea market.
There was just 2 of us. Both ladies we felt we would have preferred travelling with more people

We felt very safe and really enjoyed the experience. Alex was an amazing guide and stayed with us and made sure we knew which markets were reputable and trustworthy. Alex was informative and very friendly. The blow hole was cool to see, the markets were fun to look in (but beware they’re a little pushy), but the best part was the drive through the countryside, it was beautiful!

I can not say enough great things about our experience with this company. I have done this excursion before with another company and this was the best experience by far!! Eric was our tour guide and he was excellent!!!! He truly was the best. He was a great driver, very informative, took us to the geyser and kept a close eye on us. You didn’t know he was there unless you were looking for him but he kept a close eye on us. He took us to his favorite place to eat and it was so good!!! He dropped us off where we asked to be dropped off at. We all enjoyed our day with Eric. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you Eric for an amazing day.

First off ERIK IS AWESOME !!! This was my second cruise to Ensenada and I had the best time. Erik is a local and speaks English extremely well. He knows the ins and outs and had great recommendations. I would 100% recommend him for any of your tours. You will not regret it. Also I usually get very car sick and he is an amazing driver. I didn’t get sick at all. Thank you so very much Erik I can’t wait to comeback and do another tour with you. We had a great small group too so it was a very memorable experience.

This was an excellent tour with a kind, customer- focused tour guide, Eric. Eric took the time to explain what to expect and how to handle the barrage of vendors vying for our attention and sales on the walk to Bufadora. He apologized in advance saying La Bufadora may not be as spectacular because of the calm sea today; however, we did get to hear and see the water geyser in action! Afterwards, Eric took us to one of his personal favorite local places for authentic Baja cuisine! What a delicious way to end the day. Gracias, Eric!
