Noe was a great tour guide. He had planned out a great itinerary of tacos, a couple great craft beer microbreweries and top notch ceviche. It was such a memorable experience that we hope to do it again and bring along all of our good friends! Highly recommend!!
Great tour with Adriel. Very chilled and friendly guy, who had a close connection to the locals and knew of all the best places to visit.
We had such an amazing experience with Noe! He curated a fantastic mix of popular spots and hidden gem eateries that locals actually frequent. He was so thoughtful and patient with my young kids, which made the whole trip stress-free for our family. You can tell he really cares about giving an authentic experience without tourist markups. Highly recommend if you’re Ensenada!
It was fun but due to the storm we were not able to do the full tour. Tacos and ceviche were de, and the tequila tour was interesting and the guide was very funny. We didn’t get a chance to do the brewery tour.
The van was a challenge getting in and out of and warm. Although our host was very good.

Im glad we were able to host your group for this day and thank you for giving us a opportunity to make the best of of this port day as Ensenada was hit very hard with Tropical Storm Rachel and there was a lot of damage outside of the port area as well as power outages and other special considerations on this date. I apologize we were unable to do the full tour as sone places were not open yet from Storm damage and such. Nonetheless thank you for being with us.
On a rainy day Ensenada our Driver Angel picked us up and gave us a wonderful experience on The Taco/Brews and views .tour .He modified the trip as we requested to arrive back to our ship in time .
What a fun time we had tequila tasting ❤️
Thank you Angel you’re a true delight
We had an overall wonderful experience on the Tacos, Brews, and Views tour in Ensenada! There were 5 of us total on the tour—our group of 3 from a cruise ship and another couple. Our tour guide, Alex, was amazing. We have been to Ensenada many times before, but thanks to him, we were able to experience a completely different side of the city. His extensive knowledge of the area and his fantastic personality really made the day. We were able to hit an incredible number of great spots: Tasting 1: Incredible fish tacos at the famous Tacos Fénix to kick things off. Tasting 2: Delicious, fresh ceviche at La Guerrerense Carreta. Tasting 3: Margarita and tequila tasting. Tasting 4: Excellent craft beer tasting at Agua Mala Brewery. Tasting 5: Wine tasting at Bodegas de Santo Tomás. Tasting 6: Finished the day relaxing at a restaurant right on the beach with margaritas and nachos. The only negative of the entire day was the van itself. It seemed to be an early 2000s Ford van that was in pretty rough shape—it was rusty, dirty, and the air conditioning did not work. With the weather in the mid-80s, it got very warm and uncomfortable inside. Fortunately, Alex was so engaging that he kept us distracted from the heat. Despite the vehicle issues, we highly recommend this tour for the food, the views, and especially for Alex!
Noe was amazing. He took us to some local favorites. It was so nice to get off the beaten path a little. The tacos were phenomenal. Really enjoyed the craft beer and some of the amazing views. During the ride, he was very informative and gave us a lot of information on the area. We had a fun and informative tequila tasting along with the best ceviche in Ensenada. I will definitely be doing other tours offered by his company and I wouldn’t mind doing this one again.
Had the absolute best time going off the beaten path today. Couldn't recommend enough, definitely don't hesitate!
What an awesome way to get to taste and see the food, drinks, and sights of Ensenada! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and each stop was excellent.
Great tour! I was running a few mins behind because I was confused about the meeting point. Luckily the tour operator called and guided me. I apologized, they were very understanding and accommodating even though they didn’t need to be.
All the stops on the tour were perfect and the guide was amazing! There was some fog in Ensenada, so couldn’t quite get the views, but that’s no one’s fault. We were doing well with time, so the guide even threw in a 4th stop along the beach to grab a drink, which was amazing! 10/10. Just a great time, friendly guide!
It was a wonderful tour of Ensenada street tacos and a tour if a tequila making museum. Brew makes it sound like a beer tour. We ended the tour at a bar at the beach where the view was nice even though we were fogged in.
Glen was fantastic! He was very communicative and responsive leading up to the tour and we had a great time with him. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience some awesome local spots in a very safe and comfortable way!
Highly recommend this tour if you love Mexican food, tequila and beer. He took us to great local food spots and the food was so delicious! We also did tequila tasting, legit 7 shots for only 12 bucks. Such an insane deal and a great experience. Noe is such a wonderful tour guide and made sure to keep track of time to make it to our boat in time. Forget the tourist traps in downtown, book with Noe for a quick authentic experience!
Great food, story of tequila and tasting, tour of town and beaches. Good selection of beer and fresh made food
We had a great day! Started with amazing tacos. Loved the fish tacos. There were made fresh to order and needed to go back for more. Then had fun with a flight of beer at second stop. Got a great view of the city and then ended with tequila tasting and a last stop near the beach. It was one if the best tours we had ever been on.
Great experience. Noe was a wonderful guide. Views were good, tacos fantastic. Beer flights delicious. Tequila and margaritatasting good, too. Switched up itinerary and got churros at the end. Best ever!
Highly recommended.
Tacos, brews, views, and so much more! Noe and Renato made me and my family feel like we were being shown around town by old friends. The private transportation allowed for us to talk about any of our questions and curiosities. Food recommendations and helping us order at the eateries made it way easier than if we were by ourselves. Renato's historical knowledge and stories, especially at La Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, created context and deepened my appreciation for the beautiful architecture and artwork we visited. Every stop was a hit. I would recommend to first time visitors (like us) and anyone who would like to maximize their touring time while in Ensenada.
I have been on a couple other tours in different cities in Mexico. What made this one unique is I feel like I got to see a lot of the city vs a 5 block radius. I was the only one on the tour and Adriel was great. Didn’t rush me and asked what I wanted to try. Would definitely recommend.
Struggling to write a fair review. The tour operator took us to get tacos at Sr Poblano Tacqueria. The birria tacos were delicious. the fish tacos were the worst we’d ever had. The restaurant total was $94. We asked for water and were given bottled water, which is fine, but the amount was undisclosed and we were later charged $4/ bottle and $15 for another drink. I felt that the total was too high and readded the check total and we had been overcharged by $15. I let the others in our group know (separate party) and they were also overcharged. I know this shouldn’t reflect on the actual tour but they took us to a place that was dishonest with horrible food.
After this horrible experience the tour improved and our operator, Israel, bought us churros to compensate for the cost and bad experience. We then went to two other restaurants that were fairly priced and good food.
Suggestion for tour operator: this was the least pleasant food tour I’ve ever gone on. There was substantial lack in the ‘tour’ portion. I would have loved to learn more about the history of the area, culture, and restaurants.
The street vendors were also very aggressive. In past excursions in Ensenada our tour operator would politely ask them to not solicit to us. I suppose that has become my expectation and it was very surprising that he didn’t mention anything to the street vendors.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t do this tour again. I would recommend it only if Sr Poblano taqueria is removed as a stop.

Im so sorry to hear you had this experience and I completely understand and agree that that taco stop was not the beat choice on that date. You would be glad to know that that spot is not on this tour normally and was our guide added it on your tour date thinking it would be s good experience, it was not. That spot has now been banned from our tour after your experience. Wr make it a point to take care of of guests and take them to visit the best local spots with fair prices and our previous reviews definitely highlight that. We failed your group on your port date with this location, im glad the rest of the tour was better. Thank you for your feedback and if you do decide to visit Ensenada again I encourage you to reach out to us for a free experience as I know what we offer is a great time and I would love to make up for this experience.
Adriel was an incredible guide. My family and I had a wonderful time. It was so fun, educational, and relaxing! Though we went to 5 different stops, these were my Top 3: Tacos Fenix, Tequila Tasting, and the Plaza Contenedores. I was trying to pace myself on the food though it was our first stop, but really wish I ended up ordering more than 1 taco at Tacos Fenix. La Guerrerense was fantastic as well, though I think one tostada is probably enough unless you are a ceviche fiend. The Tequila Tasting was SO educational and SO fun. They were really generous with their pours and it helped my family appreciate true tequila so much more. I'd recommend skipping the lookout over the hill as it was a bit of a walk across broken glass and bits. Plaza Contenedores was a much better spot to get photos by/with the water and was much more relaxing. There were 20 of us family members on the cruise - some went horseback riding, some just wandered around town. When we all debriefed at the end of the day, everyone seemed to agree that our group that went on the food/drink tour had the best time out of everyone!
This was so fun and the food was amazing!!!! The tour guide, Alex, was amazing also! We had a great time on this tour!!!!
We had the best time exploring Ensenada with Alex! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
From the start, he made everything feel easy and tailored just for us. He was super attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It never felt like a tour more like being shown around by someone who genuinely cared about us having a great time.
And on top of that, he made the whole day really fun. Great energy, great stories, and just an all round good vibe. Safe to say, Ensenada was a hit largely because of him.
Highly recommend this to anyone, you won’t regret it.
Take this tour if you enjoy authentic local food and drink in street and casual settings. We visited to street food vendors (tacos and tostados), a tequila bar/museum (first time I enjoyed tequila) and two breweries with nice ocean views.
Had a nice time and loved the tacos. Tequila tasting was fun and enjoyed the margaritas. We had a nice group on our tour and the guide was great.
Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The places I went to exceeded my expectations. Totally worth it.
Good trip. Meeting location was insufficient as others on trip from different ship had accurate information
Great tour with a small group. Had a great experience eating at taco stands and small restaurant. The last place was on a beach with a great view. These are the tours I like instead of a large tour bus.
The shrimp tacos at Fenix taco were delicious, the Tequila tasting at the Tequila factory was superb. Adriel gave a great tour of the local area. Great views that you would not see coming off cruise ships. Worth the investment.
The tour last 4 hours and we had the chance to visit several bars and local food spots. The tequila tasting was also fantastic and the presentation was very informative. Felt safe with the tour guide and with all the places he took us to. Thank you!
Our guide Alex was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was very attentive. The tacos were great (and cheap) and the brews were cold.
