Excellent experience!! The horses were beautiful as well as landscape. We got lots of photos and candid shots. Getting a ride to and from the ranch was a piece of cake. 10/10 would recommend

Good: Horse ride Friendly ranch staff Poor: Safety briefing on the horses Original Guide person Directions to meeting our guide was communicated well. When we met our guide, she told us that she had a conflict with her schedule so she couldn’t be on our horseback ride with us. She asked us if we were comfortable with Spanish but none of us in the party knew much Spanish. We went on our excursion anyway since that is what we had planned for our day. We loaded into her personal car and someone else who only spoke Spanish drove us. The driver/guide was nice but there wasn’t communication because of the language barrier. The people at the ranch also didn’t speak English so we had to try to understand instructions for riding the horse. We were not provided any type of safety procedures about the horse. The ride was good and we enjoyed the view from the top. Overall we had a nice time but having our bilingual guide would have been even better

I personally spoke with you that day at the pickup location and mentioned I had a certification class. I also told you my driver, who’s worked with me for years, would be taking you to the ranch. I asked if that was okay, and I was told it was by you. During your visit, my team checked in several times and said everything was going smoothly. After the ride, they mentioned everyone was very happy. I appreciate your feedback and want you to know that at the ranch, our guides always give a safety briefing in English so everyone feels comfortable and ready before the ride starts.

Small ranch small group of just 5 total people my wife and I plus 3 guides and a dog . Scenery was not the greatest but the ride was very good

The ride to the experience is over a half hour and is very bumpy on dirt roads with lots of potholes.

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify that the road to our location is paved almost the entire way. Only the last two minutes are on a dirt road, which is regularly maintained by the local farms in the area. Whether you visited with our company or drove yourself, the description of a long, rough ride with many potholes does not reflect the actual route. We always strive to provide accurate information and appreciate the opportunity to correct any misunderstandings for future guests.

Great ride!! Seeing the mountains of Ensenada was amazing. Friendly horses and an friendly guide! A really great way to destress and connect with your horse and nature. Wish I had remembered to bring treats for my horse Aqua.

We did the mountain trail ride with Chrystal and had the best time! We opted for the van pick up which was super clear and convenient. She was super knowledgeable and the horses were fabulous. We did this as a cruise excursion and she made sure we arrived back on time.

We had a great time on this riding trip. The horses were super gentle and appeared well cared for. The owner was friendly and let us see a newborn foal. The gentleman who took us out on the trail didn’t speak much English but could communicate what we needed to know. My nine year old with little experience did very well. We used the ride from town with no problems. We would definitely take this tour again.

We were a big group of 11! Many were first time riders. They came to pick us up and a few of our riders were attached to the ranch riders. That was so helpful! The scenery was amazing overlooking Ensenada. Not overly structured so it was nice to have some open space to ride and enjoy!

We had a great trip! The horses were gentle and fun for a first time rider. The path was the perfect combination of starting off easy on roads and then moving on to mountain trails. The views were amazing. This was different than any excursions we'd done before, and it was a great way to branch out and try something new.

Crystal and Alex were awesome Tour guides. Riding a trail into the mountains and overseeing the valley below was simply amazing, beautiful, spectacular! We drove from Nevada. We just copied the address and pasted to our IPhone maps.. EASY! Saved us $35 for the pick up fee. I would highly recommend wearing pants…. As we wore shorts and but it was certainly doable.. We took 2 Advil before we left on the tour.. We had a blast! I would take this tour over and over again. I truly would recommend this tour!
