Top Ensenada Wine Tasting Tours

My wife and I visited Ensenada on a Carnival cruise (our second time doing this route), this time we specifically chose Las Cañadas Campamento because it offered all the activities we usually look for but all in one convenient location: horseback riding, ATV tours, and Zip Lines. The Canopy Tour was definitely the highlight of our stop in Ensenada! Last year, we did ziplines in Valle de Guadalupe, but the experience at Las Cañadas Campamento is far more thrilling, and the views are simply more impressive. The entire course includes five ziplines and five hanging bridges. You fly over the entire Campground with incredible panoramic views of the entire area. Two of the ziplines even take you soaring over the beautiful lake! Our guide, Ismael, was extremely attentive and friendly. He even offered to take photos of us throughout the entire adventure! The suspension bridges are challenging but very fun! The best part is that they are completely optional. My wife chose not to cross them, and Ismael kindly guided her through a safe bypass route beneath the bridges to the next station. We also appreciated the short break terrace halfway through, where they provided complimentary water bottles—it’s definitely needed after crossing those bridges! If you're looking to maximize your adventure time in Ensenada, Las Cañadas Campamento is the place to be. They have everything you need for a fun-filled day in one spot. Plus, we finish our day with a delicious meal at their restaurant La Troja —the food is fantastic! We highly recommend the Canopy Tour and the entire Las Cañadas experience. We will definetely be here next year.

This is a great company to work with. They allowed us to adjust the times based on the time we were in port (cruise), we selected the wineries we wanted to visit and they made all needed reservations. Our driver, Alejandra (Alex), was excellent. The car was comfortable, air conditioned and we were provided with bottled water and snacks. Great experience! We would definitely book this tour again.

We recently went on a wine tasting tour with Wine Route Baja Tours as our offshore excursion during a cruise, and we were fortunate to have Luigi as our guide. From start to finish, Luigi was fantastic. He arranged a private tasting for us with Lupe, the owner of Dubacano Winery. Lupe was incredible—so knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about her wines. She even led us in a fun aroma game where we practiced identifying scents, which made the experience even more engaging and memorable. Luigi was also very mindful of our schedule, making sure we enjoyed our time without worrying about missing our ship. It was just my wife and I, and Luigi gave the tour such a personal touch that it felt like it was designed just for us. We can’t recommend Luigi enough—if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and personable guide who goes above and beyond, he’s the one to ask for!

So I had traveled to Valle de Guadalupe a year back and I wanted to continue to do tastings at Winery’s I had not been too. I enjoyed the customizable itinerary and checking in with us before our trip where and what we wanted to do. Diego was our tour guide and driver and from the beginning of the tour he shared so much insight and the whole time in the tour we felt like we were with a friend. We enjoyed our time in the tour, the places that were recommended were an 10/10 and even the lunch recommendation. Will definitely will be booking again and referring friends and family!
