    Definitely not was is advertised. First of all,the person that met us wasn't the driver,then he tried to get me to pay again stating he hadn't gotten paid from the app. The so called tour was driving down what they call the boulevard and back and being dropped off downtown. I was told the horse part would be an extra 20 dollars.

    Hello, I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding, but at no point did I intend to overcharge you. My question was because you were my first ride, and I wasn't yet familiar with how the app worked. I receive payment for your ride within the first seven days of the month. That's why I told you I hadn't received your deposit yet, but I still provided the ride, even without knowing if I would receive the deposit or not, and you left the $20 you left as a tip. I never asked for any extra money, but if you ever come back, I'll return your $20 tip and give you a free ride. My sincerest apologies.
