Great walking tour with local Marko.
Marko was funny and informative and we enjoyed learning the history of Dubrovnik.
Fabulous walking tour. Marko was so knowledgeable and passed on his knowledge in a fun and interesting way. Really enjoyed the tour and would 100 per cent recommend it.

Marko was the guide for this tour and he was both very knowledgeable and humorous. Nice way to get an overview of history of Dubrovnik. It was only going to be a maximum of 8 in the group, but I ended up being the only person on the tour since my friend had to cancel at the last minute. After seeing the large groups (maybe from bus or ship tour groups?) walking around Dubrovnik I was really glad I had opted for a small group tour.

Small group tours by a local is the BEST! Maria was wonderful & gave us a unique perspective of Dubrovnik --its history and current living. She was authentic & this was not a canned tour. We really enjoyed the genuine experience! The city is SO beautiful!

Our tour guide walked us through the walled city of Dubrovnik and was knowledgeable about its history. However it would have been more interesting if he shared more than historical facts, perhaps adding some interesting anecdotes of historical nature. While there were many sites visited, the full itinerary was not included.

We strongly believe that our guide Bruno delivered the tour to the highest standards, but we accept that not everything mentioned on the itinerary was covered. This is first and foremost the guide's personal decision, to adapt the pace, narrative and route to the group.
The itinerary mentioned on our listing is merely informative, and certainly not set in stone. It is our guide's decision on what to show and which stories to share. Marija had so much knowledge to share! We learned the history and evolution of Dubrovnik over centuries as well as a first hand account of growing up in the 80sand 90s within the walls of the old town and through the Serb-Bosnian war. Great experience, learned a lot, helpful recommendations!

We had an amazing tour of Old Town Dubrovnik with Maria and couldn’t have asked for a better guide! The tour was the perfect mix of history, culture, and fun. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about Dubrovnik’s past, architecture, and local traditions in a way that kept everyone engaged from start to finish.
What made the experience especially memorable was the guide’s energy, humor, and passion for the city. She brought the history of Dubrovnik to life while also pointing out hidden details and local spots we would have completely missed on our own. Why the tour was booked as a small group tour, we were fortunate that should just have the two of us on the tour making the experience even more personal.
We took the tour immediately arriving in Broadneck. It provided us an excellent understanding of the area and was an excellent point to jump off from. Marco was a great guide, we saw the entire city and it was so much nicer not being in a large tour group- in fact, we were the only ones! Marko was a wealth of information! We also had a very interactive game we played along the way. If I could rate him 20 stars I would. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Dubrovnik, took us to some out of the way places, and was very sensitive to my husband who had minor mobility issues. The best guide!!!!!

Our guide on this tour was Markus, it was very reassuring to learn that Markus is a local and has lived in the Old Town all of his life.
We arrived at the meeting point early to find our guide already there waiting and planning our education in an entertaining format. Markus would make a great School Teacher as he had a very entertaining way of keeping us focussed on the hi-lights of the Town History that he was providing.
As the numbers are kept low, the value for money of this tour is great as you are virtually one on one with each other.
We loved the tips provided for our individual needs on our visit to the City.
