The show it was good the food was good . Only disappointed was how not well organized it was by the staff . Texting me from different numbers I got to the point where I thought I was finna be kidnapped . Then the driver , spoke little English which its okay , I understand . But , at least have manners , greetings etc

Booked in July amended and amendment confirmed on 1 August. Told on the day it was not available. Then told they were arranging. Original pick up time changed. Repeatedly messaged they were close. Arrived 35 mins late. We had left pick up by then. Told traffic was the problem. Traffic is a daily problem around JBR so not really an excuse and our other trip drivers have been early 🥴

we booked what was listed as a cruise on Dubai creek and in fact it was a cruise on the marina - not the same thing at all. The pick up was 3/4 of an hour late and we had to keep phoning the driver, there was a long walk to the boat, difficult for one person who had mobility problems, the food was not interesting and we were not offered any sweets, In short, we were definitely not satisfied and would NOT recommend this trip to any of our friends,

The worst cruise you can book in Dubai!
The food is horrible , cold not enough.
Instead of 2 hours they cruised only one hour

The staff once we boarded were excellent with the little resources they have to work with. They tried to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Our main issued was we were told to be at the hotel pick up for 6:30 and the driver did not arrive until 7:45. When we got off the bus it was total disorganization trying to get on the boat. The food was very good even though it was totally catered to the Indian population. That should be told to everyone when booking. By the time we ate it was at least 9pm which is much too late. We were led to believe we would be pick up at 6:30 and be eating by 7:30. People were so hungry they were eating off their plate as they were standing in the buffet line. We would not recommend your cruise for these reasons.

Slightly expensive. Music quality was not up to the standard. It was bit of a mixed feeling. Sailing time needs to be little more. Nevertheless it had a good ambience.

The transfer to and from the hotel was fine. But actually boarding the cruise was frustrating and stressful. We were the first ones in line and were passed by others that were ushered in front of us by the staff.
By the time we boarded all of the good seats for dinner were taken. It was as though we were invisible. Not to mention we had to show our tickets three times. The performers were great the scenery was awesome but their customer service is lacking. Where I come from first in line means first in service.

We had a nice view of the marina and were surprised with a fireworks show. However, the event was only ok. The food wasn't great, the "show" was one person dancing for a short time and trip was rather short. For the price of this event, I think you could find a better experience.

Very disappointing - we were picked up 45 minutes late, and it then took another hour to get to the venue, where we were 'dumped' by an alleyway and told to "follow that person" to the boat. As a result, we didn't actually leave until 60 minutes after the planned departure...and yet we still returned back on time (so our 2-hour cruise only lasted just over an hour).
The boat seemed a little worn and tired, not like the one in the picture.
The food was OK, but entirely a cold buffet. Sadly, there were many people who completely filled their plates several times over, before others had even taken their first plate.
All in all, not worth the money and we were actually glad to have got back to the Marina.

They managed other private party up stairs and throw us downstairs in close cabin, and they are not professional at all, I still wondering how they charged 150 usd for this terrible cruise

Worst experience, seems like you get shoved into a boat and what’s pictured when you purchase your tickets. The food was horrible and it was not the dining experience we thought we purchased. This is the low end dinner cruise. I was not surprised at the amount of upset and duped tickets buyers on board. Stay away unless you want the lower end experience. Company simply ignores all concerns.

We wait more than hour for pick Up, which was confirmed few hour before dhow Cruise. On the boat was bad food and i think that some people dont eat several days before it because they Go for meal also 5 times. Very many people, such as 90% moslims, we have bad feeling all the dhow Cruise and we wait when will be finish. I dont recomend.

Pick up times changed by email, followed by a phone call to be told pick up would be in a different hotel due to heavy traffic, walked to that hotel only to be left waiting a further 30 minutes. Driver eventually showed up, no apology offered. Sat in traffic for a further 20 minutes, then diverted to some side street where we were told to get off the bus, met by some guy who then walked us through waste ground in the dark!! Eventually got to the quay, where we were hurried onto the Dhow, as soon as we arrived food was served, singer sang 3 songs and sat down, official photographer had finished. No Safety briefing onboard. Cruise that is billed as 4 hours lasted 1 hour 40 min. Food average. Got back to the quay and were made board the buses in 'live traffic' , heading back to our hotel we were asked to leave the bus as traffic was very heavy still, this time we had to climb over a pedestrian barrier to get to the footpath. Complete and utter shambles. When I complained the the manager at the quayside about the complete lack of organisation, and more importantly no safety demo, I was told they don't do safety demos??? Don't waste your money, our experience was one of expediency over customer safety.

The scene was wonderful. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS HORRIBLE! Totally unorganized. Driver didn’t know which boat was for us. Door was cold. Water bottles were opened NO ENTERTAINMENT except American rap music with fowl language.

Nice trip with good food and nice entertainment. May be too much people on the boat, so there was not a lot of place for moving if you want to take view pictures.

Service de navette pour y aller a été un désastre total ! Pas de masques dans la voiture, la personne qui chauffait était perdue et "tout croche", sacrait après les employés (qui ne coopéraient pas du tout) du dernier hotel et le bateau était en mauvais état. Le repas était correct sans plus. Avoir su, on aurait dépensé notre argent ailleurs.

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Abend an Bord. Das Buffet war sehr gut angerichtet und die Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Eindrücke der Skylines hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Fahrt kann man sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Veranstalter!

Pickup war um 18:30. Gekommen ist er 19:15. Das Schiff sollte um 20:30 ablegen. Wir sind zu spät gekommen und das Schiff war weg. Ungenügende Kommunikation des Fahrers mangels Englischkenntnisse. Pampige Kommunikation der Zuständigen via WhatsApp. Dazu gekommen ist das es aus Eimern Geschüttet hat und wir nass bis auf die Unterhose waren. Haben uns ein Taxi zurück zum Hotel genommen. Der volle Reinfall

Une jolie balade en bateau autour de la Marina mais sans plus. Nous avons du attendre une heure sur le bateau avant de partir car L’heure du départ indiquée du bateau sur le site est 19h, nous avons été déposé au point de départ à 20h mais le bateau a quitté le quai à 21h. L’itinéraire n’est pas celui décrit sur le site. Le bateau ne navigue pas jusqu’à Atlantis, il va jusqu’à Dubai Eye et fait du sur place pendant 20 minutes. En ce qui concerne le spectacle, Il y a littéralement une seule prestation danse de 10 min le reste du temps c’est la musique des années 2000 a fond le volume. Ce qui est très étonnant, pas de gel hydroalcoolique nul part…. En somme je déconseille fortement
