- Upper deck and lower deck sitting available. Uper deck of the boat having seating in open air whereas lower deck is air conditioned fully. Do let us know if you have any seating preference otherwise the requested seating will be subject to availability on spot if required
- During Ramadan period as per the law in UAE there will be no entertainment, serving alcohol on board in the cruise
- Pick up and drop off (sharing) is not included from following areas: Al Maha desert resort, Bab al shams, Al Furjan, Expo city area, Silicon oasis, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village Triangle or any area not coming in the city central limits. if your hotel is falling outside the city limits we can arrange the private transportation only but with additional supplement applicable
- Pick up is happening 30-60 minutes prior to the tour based on the location of your hotel. Please do reach out at least 24 hours prior to be able to get the information about the pick up time.

It was an awesome dinner cruise. The boat was nice, food was delicious and the weather & water front buildings view always awesome. I highly recommend it to every visitor. Free shuttle and very respectful Mr. Nawaz who drove very carefully and took us to then dinner cruise from the hotel and also dropped us off at the hotel.
I highly recommend this company for your activities to do.

Late pickup and late to boat, meant we were late leaving dock. Food was average. The cruise itself was good and the lights of the city were awesome

Not many memories. As we had not been to Dubai previously we were not sure where the Dow Alexandra was moored so we booked transfers. 2 Days prior to the evening we received a confirmation email saying that our transport was shared transport, and pick up was 8000-8.30pm. Person arrived and we had to walk to the pier. No transport.
Arrived and found man yelling at a customer about payment, then he yelled at us to follow another man. No greeting on the boat. Sat dawn. Meal was disgraceful. salads, which had been picked through by other guests, some penne, chicken pieces (cold), fish (overcooked). At the end of the night went to speak with manager and he was more worried about counting his money.

To be honest we did not have particularly high hopes for this tour but we enjoyed it. Upstairs seating is definitely the best, there was a note on the booking to say we could request seats so we did and received an answer to say the request had been noted but nothing guaranteed. There was no sign that any note had been taken of our request so probably not worth bothering. I would advise avoiding the two front seats upstairs, they are both two seater tables but throughput the trip they were surrounded by people taking photos, many of whom had no consideration for the people sitting at the tables. The food was fine, plenty of it and well presented. The trip through he marina offered plenty of photo opportunities. There was no narration or explanation but most was self explanatory. Some brief entertainment from a dancer and background music. Not sure if there might be more outside of Ramadan but this seemed fine. An enjoyable trip.

Booked and paided for the dinner cruise, operator had no idea we were booked and we were not allowed to
Attend although we had a paid for voucher, do not use as the entire operation is a shambles, trying to get a refund.

Sightseeing of the water and beautiful buildings with light all over. The ride was smooth and nice. I enjoy the dancer . Food was good.

We do not understand why the crew hold us up till the end of queue when get on the Cruise. Then the one to arrange table on Cruise was so rude for he instruct us to the seat as he planned even a lot of seat available and finally only 70% occupied.

We were picked up on time at our hotel and when we got to the location of the dhow we had to walk a little way to join it. As I had hurt my leg the previous day our guide organised a wheelchair for myself to join the dhow. Excellent service and the dinner on board was fabulous too. Wo7ld recomm3nd this cruise to @nyone

It was a wonderful evening . Our driver was on time before and after . Good food , music and company we shared at the table . I recommend in the future to at least give folks a courtesy drink with meal at least 1 drink .

désolé d'entendre parler de votre expérience. Veuillez noter que le bateau possède également un pont inférieur climatisé. et si vous souhaitez vous asseoir à l'intérieur, vous le pouvez.
la météo n'est pas sous notre contrôle. Mais nous avons la possibilité de s'asseoir à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Pedimos durante la cena una botella de vino blanco 45€aprox. Un precio acorde con la zona que estabamos. Personal atento y buen show durante la travesia.

Auf dem Schiff waren keine Sitzplätze, lediglich wurden wir zusammengewürfelt.

Satisfaction : pour la croisière d'une heure 1/2 dans les canaux. Superbe vue des grattes- ciels.
Prise en charge à l'hôtel aller et retour très bien.
Déception : le bateau " Marina Dhow 5*" prévu a été changé sans prévenir en "Alexander 3*"
Repas-buffet semblable à un self-service.
Les uns derrière les autres en période de pandémie à prescrire.
Repas uniquement indien.
Repas indigne de votre entreprise.
Peu de choix, mauvaise présentation, peu de quantité dans les desserts.
Personnel antipathique.
Propreté douteuse du bateau.
On s'attendait à être servis à table pour un 5* qui n'en était pas un.
Grande déception pour ce repas et cet équipage sans empathie.
A améliorer ou changer de bateau sinon je ne recommande pas.
Pourquoi avez- vous changé de bateau sans prévenir le client ?
