Mismatch in cruise name booking and bad food

The booking had a different name than the actual cruise. The address was wrong, we had to walk .5 miles at least to the location. Then we had to check with every cruise and finally found the one which we booked. It was unorganized. Food was also just ok, not good.

Wow this is crazy. To eat people swarm, push and show. To watch shows it’s worse. The actual people that organize are nice and work hard but there is no order. I would not recommend if you are a tourist. The offer other items, then they tell you you have to pay extra. Then they say you can pay with card and make a fuzz about Patti g with card. A Juice they say is 15Dirhams and when they charge it’s 25 each. Not a wonderful experience.

The food was ok, but too spicy, not for kids and for people.do not like spice (no options). Place unclean and the ladies restroom without paper. The show was good but not exceptional. The place very old, for example the chairs not cleaned enough. Drinks only a similar to coke. No water nor dessert. Please consider other optiions.

Americans tourists got scammed in dinner cruise

I was scammed by the sale agent and your operator. I ask for Marina dinner cruise and I pay $380. For it . But unfortunately they sent me to one and half hour away ride to cruise cost only $13 a person. And I and my Americans family refused to take the cruise because wasn’t the one I asked for. And your operator will not answer my calls but only send me voicemail. We are staying on the Palm Jumeirah just next to the Marina and I told your agent that. The taxi driver told us we pay way too much for the cruise the one you sent us to. I think tomorrow Monday I am going to call to report my bad experience with you. But I am going to go to the marina and book dinner cruise for my family because my two grandsons really get upset and we still want to go on the cruise next Saturday night. Thank you Riad

Awful experience

Boat left an hour late as they were still trying to tout for business even though we had booked a time slot. Kids were starving as we were supposed to leave the docks at 20 30 but didn't leave until 2145. Toilet floors were full of water and stunk. No toilet roll in either and we hadn't even left so it hadnt ran out. Cab on way home was one of the scariest journeys of my life.(this came as part of the package and was organised by the boat company) I had my 4 children in the car, the driver was speeding and driving like he was on a race track then proceeded to use his mobile phone at high speed in the outside lane. I wanted to get out. I was so tempted to ask him to take us to the nearest train station as I didn't think we would get back alive and this is no exaggeration. He was jerking the car and I thought he was falling asleep! To top it off, all 6 of us have suffered explosive diarrhoea so not been able to leave the all hotel all day today! Don't do it!

The trip is unsophisticated but fun. Our VIP experience included table service rather than the advertised buffet. The service was friendly and the amount of food provided for two would have fed a hungry family.

We booked a cruise which served alcohol but on arrival were told it doesn’t and it is Viators fault. After much discussion the guy arranged for us to go on another boat which did have wine. Boat was a bit rough in places, we were in the VIP section and could smell exhaust fumes. Wine was very expensive to purchase and the food was ordinary to say the least. It was also 99% Indian food, NOT international buffet as stated. Entertainment while you dine was one performance only that went for 10 mins. Overall a very tired experience. I’m sure the operator will try and deny all this in their reply but I have no reason to tell anything but the truth. It’s certainly not the romantic, relaxing cruise with sumptuous food. And one more thing, the music was far too loud, more like a disco than a relaxing dinner cruise. Would not recommend

The dhow looks good. Thats it. Your disappointment starts once you sit on the table for dinner. For vegetarians, please avoid it. Find some other better place. The view of the creek is good but you can experience it from any other dinner cruise.

Highly overpriced, dirty tables, seemed like they were never cleaned, too loud music, when we ware asked if we liked crouse, we kindly mentioned dirty table, cruse staff started moking us. Food was only indian. Terrible smell of engine exhaust, not recommended, there are far better optiones, don't waste your time

First of all, in your refund, you mentioned that you feel water sickness. You start crying in the boat, and because of that, we arrange for you to drop off from the boat in the middle of the cruise. Dinner cruise was canceled due to mechanical issues with boat. Company never notified us of cancelation in advance. Extremely irresponsible. Would definitely not recommend!

Ship was good looking, food was terrible and not even enough for the passengers. Service was terrible as well to the point that the person seating us was arguing with me because I told him my name and he told me I was wrong? So what are you supposed to say to that. He was very condescending, impolite and rushed. So I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all. I would recommend to just come down to the marina no reservation and take your pick they are dozens of nice boats that would be thrilled to tend to you. The only good thing to say about the experience was the show.

The Dubai Creek is more exciting during the day than at night. The food was average at best. The entertainment had a great singer and one outstanding performance out of three performers. If you want the free transportation, get it in writing and hope they show up. I sent two emails looking for the pickup time, stating our date and hotel. I also got confirmation of a half hour window for pickup but no-one showed up.

We really enjoy the cruise and the food but the only negative thing is that when we came to have dessert nothing was left except fruits. I asked for dessert I was told it will be coming but never came.
