6 of us was picked up by driver waiting at the front door by Dubai Cruise Terminal 3. Van is very comfortable. Tour offered one way transfer to or from Burj Al Arab. Details of the tours is clearly mentioned as it posted on line. We got to stay and have a golden coffee afterward on the 25th floors. Since I didn't make any reservations at the Sky bar. I didn't get to go up at all. Overall, the tour guide and all staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Expensive for the limited experience. Nice to be taken to the hotel but inconvenient not to take back as one has to take a taxi- no metro and tram is far away. One has limited area where to move and cannot photograph the lobby or entrance or go to most stores or restaurants. The photos taken are also very expensive to buy. Good experience for one time but could be much better

To reach Burj Al Arab by metro is indeed a difficult task however, there is a bus stop located nearby called Burj Al Arab hotel 1 & 2

A well organised trip which takes you into a world of opulence. There are some commercial elements like several gift buying areas and photos of the experience, but you never feel rushed and the guides could not be more helpful. A real highlight is seeing the royal suite which is jaw-dropping and where even the TV room has a gold TV! It’s also worth doing for the stunning sea views including The Palm and World Islands, and if you buy a drink (we just had soft drinks) you sit in a lounge with floor to ceiling glass where you can marvel at the view. Overall an excellent experience.

Excellent place , orient tour was disorganized and we almost lost our expensive lunch and following tours !
We had to buy different outfits on the spot for $300 to go to the Arabic restaurant in the hotel !

After we tried our best to come up with a solution as per that, we advised you to buy clothes in a nearby shop to be allowed inside by the team.

Booking the tour was very easy. However, upon arrival at the At The Top tour desk, they were conflicting indications as to where to proceed. Not a negative reflection on Viator, but more on the staff of the Burj Khalifa. We kept being redirected to a different line and almost missed the skip the line option.

I always read reviews before booking and I must say, the ones that pointed out this tour is over priced were correct. I personally do not think the tour was worth $96 USD per person. On arrival, there were additional add-on options for drinks and food. We chose the soft drink package because we wanted the view. $14 USD for one soda in a roped off area by the window was a joke. We were told the photo in front of the Burj Al Arab was a part of the package. Later we were told, nothing is free and photos cost 170 AED. We were not given the opportunity to take good phots outside of the Burj Al Arab as promised, we were rushed. Please note there are no photos in the Lobby "for guest privacy". I took one of my favorite photos in Dubai a few years ago in the Burj Al Arab lobby. They are now selling it as a digital copy. On the return, I requested that we stop again for a good photo and was told to sit on the back of the golf cart to take additional photos, while the cart continued to drive. As a frequent traveler, photos moments are very important to me. The Burj Al Arab is nice but you are very limited on this tour. It isn't really that much to see on this tour and it is self guided. As I titled the review, average at best.

Had the best time and experience seeing the king and queens royal suite how luxurious it all was cashmere carpets to gold shower and taps but best of all was my gold martini espresso 🤤❤️

Spoke With & Contacted Viator and they are handling situation. Was passed off to another company and Buffet was closed they tried nice to assist and told me not even 2 days before and as it was my birthday and in Dubai hand no options to change and do as i wanted and stayed with it. Way to expensive as i paid for buffet and received 2 course meal. Not everything as i thought the tour would be inside but did see suites and lobby of Burj Al Arab. I book a lot with Viator but this wasn't really there fault either but who they assigned it to in Dubai. I still recommend Viator but not this tour.

The focus of the tour was the presidential suite. I would rate this tour average given the disproportionate price paid, but would nevertheless recommend this to first timers to understand the hype around the hotel versus a physical stay. It would be useful if a visit to an ordinary suite and/or room can be included for a more complete experience.

I thought the trip was a terrible disappointment, from the moment we entered the meeting room I was treated awfully by a female member of staff. I explained the shoes I was wearing are not beach shoes. They are specialised orthopaedic shoes. I must wear them. She insisted I went across the dangerous high speed road to buy new shoes. The cheapest I could buy were Nike trainers. We returned and all evening I saw staff at the Burj wearing sandals in exactly the same style as myself. I fail to see where I went wrong. Your service belittled me, made me buy expensive new shoes I will never wear again at a cost of 395 AED and you paraded the hypocrisy of your double standards by allowing other guests to wear no cover ups and staff have the same shoes as me. I will be making complaints to trip advisor

The Burj Al Arab tour and the dinner was an experience of the the rich and the famous - what money can buy to provide for human comfort. The tour was well organised and our small group was handed over from one section to another seamlessly. The dinner buffet was another experience to be die for ... There was so much food of all types. Tip: Don't take too much of any dish, simply by tasting all the dishes you will be filled to the brim.
However, there was some miscommunication in the booking. The booking clearly says there will be a hotel pick up option, but that option did not appear while making the booking thru Viator. I was directed to Orient Tours for follow and their communication was so horrible. They first said I did not opt for a pick and then they said my package was not eligible for a pick up. They even spammed my WhatsApp without the sender signing off ..

The friendly yet professional guides delivering the tour and serving at the Uma are a joy and an asset to The Burg Al Arab.
The inspiring story how a true modern day man made wonder of world becomes reality is a great story.
It is very opulent but, I expected that, some of the interior design isn’t to my taste but, it is true to the genre it belongs, my wife loved it. Taste is subjective and apparently I have little.
I highly recommend the visit unless opulence disgusts you.

The tout operator sent me incorrect tickets. Fortunately, they have extra tickets in the hotel counter so I purchased from the Burj Al Arab directly, this delayed my tour for 1.5 hours.

The Burj Al Arab is beautiful, the tour guides are very professional and polite. The $80 charge is extremely over priced. This tour, at best, should only be $25. Compared to the value with other Dubai tours this one is not comparable in value.
