This cruise experience was not a pleasant experience at all. I would recommend a yacht experience instead. Considering it was labeled as a festival, the atmosphere was dull and uneventful. However, sailing in the evening and seeing the beautiful lit up buildings was nice.

Food was bad, show was nothing excited about it and they only spent like 10 seconds on the fountain and that’s it, just two hours you’re sitting on the same chair and that’s it.

The experience was very poor, I booked this trip for my birthday with friends and none of the shows featured happened .the food sanitation was questionable as some of the trays were spotted by the bathroom as we were getting on the boat .

Dear Carole,
On 14th aug we have 3 shows in cruise, 2 type of Tanoura and Puppet show. And festival city have also laser show, fountain show and fire. (Please note that the festival city is not under our control which is from Festival City Mall - Majid Al Futtaim)
Regarding food tray. Our food is coming in hot boxes and Salad in Ice Box.,the one u have seen was from first trip which was finish at 8 pm. We have always fresh buffet for each trips.

It was the worst. Very poor hygiene, food wasnt nice, i paid for VIP/ diamond but it was open to everyone, i had the worst experience and there was no value for money.

We are serving international Buffet from Arabic Restaurant. May be you were looking for traditional food.
We have VIP Diamond seating where you will get Sofa Seating and serving on table and have more then 3 tables for VIP gold and Diamond. You can not reserve full area for you single booking. Other Guests are allowed to have pictures.

No cumple en absoluto las expectativas mías como Cliente!!!
Por qué ponen Fotos que NO se corresponden con la realidad?
Ya me he quejado y enviado un correo a VIATOR por Publicidad de esta excursión " totalmente engañosa"
