- Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended
- Licensed safari captains and insured 4×4 vehicles with key safety features: seat belts, roll bars, GPS tracking, and first aid kit
- Wear closed sports shoes for walking on soft sand and for sandboarding
- Dress comfy: light clothing in summer; bring a jacket for winter evenings
- Bring sunglasses and a scarf/bandana for sand and wind protection
- Henna is optional; avoid if you have sensitive skin
- Recommended ages: camel and falcon photo 12–50 (flexible based on fitness and comfort)
- UAE safety rules: pregnant guests, infants under 3, and guests with back, neck, or heart conditions cannot join dune bashing
- Pickup is within 45 minutes before your selected time; summer timings may shift for safety and you will be notified
- Seating in the shared 4×4 is on a sharing basis and assigned by our office
- Seat allocation depends on pickup location/routing, kids/baby seat requirements, and guest requests received in advance
- If you have any special seating requests, please inform us before the tour and we will do our best to arrange it (subject to availability)
- Ramadan note: some entertainment may be limited depending on regulations
- Weather dependent: if canceled, you can reschedule or receive a full refund
- Please inform us in advance about pregnancy, recent injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns for the safest setup
- Buffet BBQ dinner is served at the camp; vegetarian options are usually available (please mention dietary needs in advance)

Hashim Mohammad was a great tourguide.He was so friendly and even if our 3 year old daughter thought she has to vomit ,he asked to stop for a Moment with dune bashing.Luckily she has not vomited.And things That was such a great Tour.The sandboarding ,the camelride and the diner with the Shows were outstanding.

Ali was a great tour guide , he was very helpful and fun made our experience one to remember ! It is great value for money as you get to enjoy the dune bashing ,sand board and camel riding ( short ride) alongside the amazing bbq experience. It was Amazing and a surreal experience! Only tip i would say is booking an afternoon slot !

The dune dashing experience is amazing! The tour guide Azmat is friendly and warm. Remember to bring some warm clothes with you the desert night !

C'était Amazing nous avons fait notre safari avec NOUR il est très pro et a fait de notre journée une tres très belle expérience nous avions peur pour les enfant mais tout était excellent je recommande fortement ils sont très professionnels rien a dire bravo à nour et à toute l'équipe du spectacle de la nourriture des chameaux du henné... magnifique très belle journée avec mon mari et mes 3 enfants âgés de 11, 7 et 2 ans ..MERCIII

La partie jeep dans les dunes est vraiment sympa.
Le repas et spectacle, c'est très moyen. Vous arrivez dans un espèce de cloisonnement dans le désert, avec des centaines de personnes, on est loin du cadre intimiste.
Avant la balade en jeep, on nous a arrêté dans un espace destiné à faire dépenser plus aux touriste avant l'excursion. On vous y déposé 45 minutes, pour vous laisser le temps de faire du quad, d'acheter une bouteille d'eau à 6 euros, etc...
Un des deux conducteurs de jeep très dragueur, c'était moyen.
Je n’ai pas comparé avec d'autres excursions, mais si c'était à refaire je mettrais un peu plus cher en espérant avoir mieux.
