From when we where dropped off at the mosqe, we only had 1h:15min, until we gad to return again, not the 2 hours, as the add says. So there where no time for guided tour, we gad to rush trough the mosqe.

Was very disappointed with experience. This was not actually a tour, it was a ride to the mosque. We were dropped off at the Grand Mosque with minimal instructions. Driver had a flat transporting us back to our hotel which required assistance from my husband and a friend.

The actual mosque is beautiful but the van was extremely hot and the car ride was over 2 hours. A car ride that long should have great air conditioning when transporting passengers.

I had a good experience overall. Our driver was punctual and really amicable. I would highly recommend having a tour guide who can narrate the history of Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque, while visiting different components of the mosque.

This was one of the most disappointing and misleading experiences of our entire trip.
We booked this tour specifically because it promised a guided experience of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, as clearly stated in the description. However, there was no guide, no information provided about the mosque, and no instructions about the “complimentary guided tour” that was supposed to be included. We were simply dropped off and left to wander around on our own.
To make matters worse, the first vehicle that picked us up had no working air conditioning — in the UAE heat, this was extremely uncomfortable. We were patient and gave the company a chance to make things right, but they did absolutely nothing to fix the situation or acknowledge the failures.
Calling this a “tour” is dishonest. It was just a driver (who was nice, to be fair) taking us to the site and back — something any ride-share service could have done for a fraction of the cost. We paid for a full experience, and got none of it.
Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your money on this. It’s falsely advertised and completely lacking in value.

Very efficient tour! Haseeb was excellent, managing all aspects of the excursion while providing interesting insights along the way. The mosque was incredible and a must see. Highly recommend if you are looking for an interesting half a day trip from Dubai.

My tour was scheduled to start at 8 am and tour guy showed up at 9:15 because he had to pick up few others and that is okay… however half way into the trip he stopped by gas station and we were there for about 10 minutes once we finally arrived we went through out the security point but our tour guys addition was not allowed so we ( 7 of us) had to group together and continue by our self.
Thanks God all other guests were so sweet and nice and I enjoyed tour because of them… we did not had anyone to tell us anything about magnificent mosquso I was listening other tour guys ( which probably was weird). We were told that we will have water and abayas for ladies( part of the tour inclusive perks) and we did not got neither.
So we were walking and trying to pray at the mosque where tour guys addition was constantly messaging people in the group to hurry up..
I did not liked the way how we were treated.. for the group that I was in I would give 10 stars but for driver I would give 1 just because he took us over there..
overall experience I had good time but I wish we had real experience for what we expected and paid!
To my group if they ever read this I want to say that I had most amazing time, I hope they enjoy their stay together and maybe on day we again cross our paths. May Allah swt bless you all.

Good experience! I had a bad experience with a previous guide and decided to book this one. The guide was great. Gave you freedom to explore but also made sure I had good pics. Would recommend. Very efficient.

The driver/tour guide (Jamshi) was amazing, he was informative, accommodating and helpful. However this experience was gravely misrepresented. An Abaya was NOT provided, which was not communicated to me until I asked on the way to the mosque even though I asked about it the night before. As a result I was forced to buy an overpriced Abaya that I did not like in order to enter the mosque. Additionally your guide provides information on the drive to the mosque however he does not accompany you inside. There is a guide provided by the mosque but I chose not too because of the group size, hence booking this tour. Overall if you are looking for reliable,clean and friendly ride to the mosque then book this tour. If you are looking for a guide throughout the experience with an Abaya this is not the tour for you. Hopefully this was helpful.

Quick half day trip out to Abu Dhabi to visit the great mosque. Absolutely stunning architecture and design. Our driver, Santosh, picked us up at 8am and got us to the mosque in time to beat the rush of visitors. He was very nice. High energy guy, but will slow down if you ask him to. We spent less than an hour at the mosque, which was plenty for myself and my 3 teens, and were back to Dubai by lunch time. I preferred this over the multi stop Abu Dhabi excursions.

We were picked up before the scheduled time, then drove around for another hour picking up other people. Got to the destination and were allowed @ an hour for site seeing instead of 2 as stated in the advertisement. After begging the driver for water that we paid for left for the return journey. Took over 2 hours to get back since we were the last ones to be dropped off at our hotel. Very disappointing trip

Uday was a great tour guide, and he takes the best photos. He quizzed us on how much information we knew about Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and provided a lot of great information. The mosque was absolutely beautiful. There is a mall that you will enter prior to going into the mosque. Be prepared for the crowd & people pushing to get their pictures.

In the tour description, it says "the guide will give you lots of interesting info about UAE along the way." Unfortunately, the guide did not provide any information, even when asked. He said this was only included in the Abu Dhabi city tour (incorrect) and then later apologized and said he was not the usual guide and was merely serving as a driver. When I informed the tour operator what happened, he only said "let me check with the driver" and never got back to me. Very disappointing. The mosque was beautiful, though.

The Grand Mosque is a MUST SEE building that gives history and culture to the Muslim experience. It was so beautiful! We dressed in the attire so it gave us a sense of belonging!

The grand mosque was such a beautiful experience! It was amazing learning the history of the Grand Mosque as well as being able to see the beautiful architecture and detail that went into building it. Our tour guide Sharaf made the experience even better with his knowledge of the city and amazing hospitality. I highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi
