Diamond transportation was good and reliable. They were our transportation to and from Punta Cana airport. There was fast communication regarding my booking and very safe, I highly recommend them.

They say we will be offered water & Wi-Fi, not the case. No one was holding a sign for my name & we had to wait 29 min for our vehicle when they say it would be there ready. I’m not impressed

The driver never showed up. There was nobody to pick us up.Had to find transportation after looking for them. No communication from the company neither.

Very easy to find right as you exit the airport. Had my name on a sign. Quickest i’ve ever gotten my transportation as the driver got to us within 5 mins of landing. Overall friendly drivers.

Do not recommend. They’re so unorganized and you gotta seek them out through the crowd. They didn’t have a sign or driver for us so we had to wait a while until they negotiate with random drivers standing by.

Easy to find at PUJ airport but hard to contact since. Trying to confirm tomorrow early am pickup (5:30 am) at Majestic Elegance but haven’t heard back….hoping all is well as I booked round trip 2 adults

Communication was spectacular prior to reservation and before departure. Upon arrival car service was waiting with my name and got us to our hotel within 15 minutes. Leaving the hotel car service was prompt which helped us avoid any delays in the airport.

Our transport from PUJ to our resort was flawless and we fully recommend Diamond for safe, reliable transportation to your destination.
The only note is that the business “Diamond” is not immediately recognized. We found our reservation under Plexus. Once we found our name that was clearly posted in front of the business, it was easy. Be aware that there are several businesses in the same area.
We highly recommend getting a gentleman to assist with your baggages as they are potentially able to allow you to forego the long lines and make a quick path to transportation. My party of 6 completely skipped Customs and were escorted to our driver. He was tipped well!

Phillipe and our driver on 07/30/23 at 8am was very amazing. They were so accommodating and even offered to help make our stay more at ease by not having to worry about transportation. They gave good advice for first time travelers.

Diamond tours were very friendly and efficient! Originally I only provided when we were leaving the DR but I contacted them through viator to provide my arrival to the DR information and they followed up with me quickly through different methods to ensure they reached me. They were communicative on the ground and through out the process via whatsapp - very easy airport transfer!

We used Diamond travels for both way transfer to/from Punta Cana airport to our hotel. They have people at the airport waiting so you don’t have to stress about how long the immigration line will take. On way back they confirm time of pick up and make sure you get to the airport in time for your flight! We had a flight cancellation and I was able to book a new transfer even with short notice. I would definitely recommend using them to get to your hotel!
