Thank you very much for your kind review! 🌟
We’re so glad to know that your transfer was smooth and comfortable, and that your driver was attentive and helpful along the way. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to serving you again soon. 🚘✨
Diamond transportation was good and reliable. They were our transportation to and from Punta Cana airport. There was fast communication regarding my booking and very safe, I highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation! 🌟
We’re very glad to know that you felt safe and well taken care of, from the quick communication to your transfers to and from Punta Cana airport. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you again! 🚘✨
They say we will be offered water & Wi-Fi, not the case. No one was holding a sign for my name & we had to wait 29 min for our vehicle when they say it would be there ready. I’m not impressed

We are sorry for this experience, considering that we had some technical problems, we truly reiterate our apologies.
The driver never showed up. There was nobody to pick us up.Had to find transportation after looking for them. No communication from the company neither.

Dear Patrick
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue with our platform from January 10th to 15th, we were unable to access your reservation and failed to provide the pickup as scheduled. We understand your frustration and have issued a full refund. We deeply regret this situation and appreciate your understanding.
Best regards, we appreciate if you can communicate with us
The transportation was great and on time ! Jessica was amazing with communication and helping resolve any issue. I will definitely be using them again !
Very easy to find right as you exit the airport. Had my name on a sign. Quickest i’ve ever gotten my transportation as the driver got to us within 5 mins of landing. Overall friendly drivers.
Do not recommend. They’re so unorganized and you gotta seek them out through the crowd. They didn’t have a sign or driver for us so we had to wait a while until they negotiate with random drivers standing by.
Great service - on time - great driver. Would definitely use this service again. Don’t hesitate to book with them.
Easy to find at PUJ airport but hard to contact since. Trying to confirm tomorrow early am pickup (5:30 am) at Majestic Elegance but haven’t heard back….hoping all is well as I booked round trip 2 adults
Communication was spectacular prior to reservation and before departure. Upon arrival car service was waiting with my name and got us to our hotel within 15 minutes. Leaving the hotel car service was prompt which helped us avoid any delays in the airport.
Our transport from PUJ to our resort was flawless and we fully recommend Diamond for safe, reliable transportation to your destination.
The only note is that the business “Diamond” is not immediately recognized. We found our reservation under Plexus. Once we found our name that was clearly posted in front of the business, it was easy. Be aware that there are several businesses in the same area.
We highly recommend getting a gentleman to assist with your baggages as they are potentially able to allow you to forego the long lines and make a quick path to transportation. My party of 6 completely skipped Customs and were escorted to our driver. He was tipped well!
Waited 45 mins would be faster to take the bus
Wasn't with the company We booked with and no one explained why
Cars were clean, finding the service at the airport was easy, and the drivers were on time and polite. Would use again.
Great couples trip. We stayed at a few resorts. Viator staff are very accommodating and the transportation was excellent.
The driver waited for our late arrival. He was very kind. He was very helpful. He pointed out landmarks along the way.
Phillipe and our driver on 07/30/23 at 8am was very amazing. They were so accommodating and even offered to help make our stay more at ease by not having to worry about transportation. They gave good advice for first time travelers.
Super nice, very informative our flight got delayed 5 times they were very accommodating, gave us the DR in and outs and everything in a email before landing !! Most of all they were on time and Safe pick up and drop offs.
Loved it! They are very professional! Picked up right on time and no issues. Guery coordinated everything for me and even waited with me until the van arrived.
I used three driver with the company this past weekend all were super accommodating and helpful. Definitely world recommend them for safety, cleanses, and friendly staff!
Diamond tours were very friendly and efficient! Originally I only provided when we were leaving the DR but I contacted them through viator to provide my arrival to the DR information and they followed up with me quickly through different methods to ensure they reached me. They were communicative on the ground and through out the process via whatsapp - very easy airport transfer!
We used Diamond travels for both way transfer to/from Punta Cana airport to our hotel. They have people at the airport waiting so you don’t have to stress about how long the immigration line will take. On way back they confirm time of pick up and make sure you get to the airport in time for your flight! We had a flight cancellation and I was able to book a new transfer even with short notice. I would definitely recommend using them to get to your hotel!
