Itinerary

Enjoy pickup at your hotel in Roseau. Meet your local guide, climb aboard the open-air, off-road vehicle and set out to explore the island.

Roll through the island's capital city, listening to your guide's commentary about the cultures, traditions and history of Roseau. Stop at the Botanical Gardens to meet the country's National Parrot, the Sisserou.

Relax and enjoy the ride as your jeep climbs through the mountains to the renowned Wotten Waven Sulphur Springs. Listen as your guide points out the remnants of the island's volcanic activity and the dozens of sulphur-heated springs.

Continue to Laudat, home to the Ti Tou Gorge. Hop out of the jeep to venture into the gorge and take a dip in the pristine rock pool. Get views of a hidden waterfall. Relaxed and cooled off, jump back in the jeep for the return trip to Roseau.

At the conclusion of your 3-hour jeep adventure, sip rum punch and munch on fresh fruit back at your hotel.

Complete waste of time

There are no points to credit, as there was no tour. There was no tour agent, there was no tour agency. And the agency still has not reimbursed me for the no show. Dominica has suffered a tremendous island-wide emergency. It was my first time to the island as my own agent. The economy of Dominica cannot support such a tour. Aviator is at complete fault for advertising a false trip, and the agents didn't even know there was an island called Dominica.
