The brewery was not very good. We were told all beer was included in the price. It was not. They let the bus get overcrowded and we had to stand. How do you enjoy the sights standing in the aisle.

The bus driver did not give any Information, the bus did not stop at all the stops and we were not informed until the last minute, he dropped us off at a stop and didn’t give us any clear directions even though we asked. He wasn’t able to say what time the last bus was coming. We felt the map was terrible and the audio guide was not working properly.

Ok tour with lack of organisation

Route was OK . Info on attractions could be more. Had trouble finding correct bus as apparently there are 3 or more hop on/off buss operators with almost identical red buses. In time of booking no map or instructions on stations ware given so had to find my own way. It is good way to see city when you have limited time. Definitely not the best way.

Great if you can’t walk a lot

Easy to find but you really don’t need the bus tour everything is walkable in a day. I only would recommend to people who have a hard time walking.

Viator sucks and I'm angry

Terrible. I waited for 30 minutes at stop 30. The bus never came. I went back to the hotel got lunch and went back out for another 30 minute. Mind you, it was 30 degrees F and windy in Copenhagen that day. Ruined my plans cause now it's almost 2pm, so I ask for my money back. No way I'm spending 72hrs waiting for a bus not knowing if it's coming or not. Of course they said no cause they rather have $40 than a loyal custumer of 12 years. Anyway go to Get Your Guide. I'll let Wells Fargo deal with them.
