Our plane landed 3 hours before our scheduled tour time, but unfortunately the passport control line took us 2.5 hours to go through. We communicated with the guides that we would may come late. There was no way for us to reschedule, but the guides were kind and respectful.
We ended up arriving to our tour 3 minutes before it was supposed to start, which normally is not enough time for the orientation and Segway training. Luckily, my husband I already knew how to ride a Segway so one of our guides gave us a quick crash course and we were able to take off with the group at the scheduled time. I can't remember his name now, but he was super cool and nice!
It was a lot of fun going around Copenhagen on the Segway. It is a very bike oriented city so we felt safe and secure the whole time. It was great to see all the major sights on Day 1 of our trip so we could make a short list for the things we wanted to look at in more detail. Our guide, Julius, studies history so he was able to tell us interesting details about each sight!
Thank you for accommodating us! I would definitely recommend this tour.

The scooters are so much fun to ride and you really cover a lot of ground in a relatively short period of time. Matteo, our guide, was very informative and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic tour and get us on the Metro back to our ship. I highly recommend this tour!!

Segways are a bit tricky, the leader was great at getting everyone going and he was very upbeat. My first time on a Segway abd Copenhagen cobblestones are not the easiest thing to master, but we all got it done and were very pleased.

Absolutely fantastic experience with a really friendly guide. I ended up on a bike instead of a Segway due to the icy weather and I had a fantastic time. We covered a lot of ground and saw many attractions, our guide was great - very informative and welcoming. I highly recommend this company and experience.

Great Value for money and an excellent way to see all the major sites and viewings of Copenhagen. We had a two hour segway experience and it was fantastic. In fact we were the only two on the tour that morning. Peter in the shop was great. Free and safe storage or back packs. Toilets available along with a drinks fridge. Matias was our tour guide and he was brill. Full explanations delivered clearly and precisely. Also with a sense of humour and a smile on his face. We even stopped for a quick coffee and ice cream. A very safe experience with a full demonstration on use of the segway and safety helmet. Even though we had a little experience previously, this was good as a refresh. Overall an excellent excursion in a fab City. Thanks to all.

Wonderful staff - went out of their way to accommodate us. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a great balance of time in the Segway with a few intermittent short breaks. We were also lucky with beautiful sunny weather. Thanks to Jasper!

What a fun adventure! Our guide (Ricardo I believe?) I’m bad with names sometimes . Ricardo was very helpful in getting reacquainted with my Segway and he was patient with the beginners as well.We traversed the city visiting all the major attractions. It is the fastest two hours you’ll spend in Copenhagen and worth every penny!

We had a great two hours with Jacob, our tour guide. He explained how to ride the Segways very clearly and gave us a little bit of time to get used to riding them. We saw a lot of the central attractions of the city. It was a blast and we learned a lot about Danish culture and history!

Our guide was wonderful and the sights were great. It was raining pretty hard most of our ride but we still had a great experience. We brought our own rain gear and they had rain ponchos for those that needed them. We hope to see Copenhagen again in nicer weather. A very welcoming and charming town!!

Wear comfortable shoes.. it’s hard on the back due to going over a lot of cobbles stone path. A lot of stops at the major sites which is great for pictures.

We did this last week and was our first time using a segway, it was not only a lot of fun but with Albert guiding us we were able to learn a lot about Copenhagen. He was very patient while explaining how the segway works and made sure we felt comfortable on it. 2 hrs went by fast, there is so much to see ! Even with a bit of rain, we had a great time, we certainly recommend it!

We had never been on Segways before. With the help of our guide and segway instructor, it took just minutes to master the segway. We had an outstanding guide in Peter. He was both knowledgeable and personable. My wife is not comfortable on bikes, but with Peter's help she quickly learned the segway and had a wonderful tour experience. I thought it was just plain fun! It was impressive how much of Copenhagen we were able to see in a two hour tour, and Peter's commentary made the tour even more fun.
