- Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability. If not possible, we reserve the right to charge in full.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Tour! Our guide Mikuel is a Copenhagen native and knew the city very well. Lots of history, beautiful gardens and buildings. We loved every minute of the tour. This is a wonderful way to see the city.

My wife and I have enjoyed Segway tours as a way to get to know a city when we first arrive. Our Copenhagen tour with Sabina started off good, but 5 minutes in one of the riders lost control and crashed in front of my wife and caused her to fall too.
Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt. However, one of Sabina's co-workers (he was wearing the same uniform) showed up on the scene and, once informed of the situation, began berating the tour group. Multiple times he said "Segways are not toys." I could not believe my ears. In no way were we being reckless or disobeying instructions. This man, who I did not get his name, was literally adding insult to injury!
We were able to finish the tour, but the experience of being chided by a tour employee after a disturbing accident completely soured the experience for us. I need to emphasize that Sabina was a very good guide and we would have given a 5-star rating had it not been for her co-worker's unwelcome remarks.

We are ofcause sorry for the incident and that was no way intended to be like that. We value safety and that customers are safe. The Segways are machines and you must be carefull. That was the message of the employer. Nothing else. We sincerly appologies for the misunderstanding of the tone of voice from our side. Not intended do be but we respect your observation. We will ofcause take this into considerration in the future. In our instruction we always mention that this is a machine. We have talked to the person who was send to the site. He was just concerned since there was also teens on the tour. Teens often need to get the message twice. Best Mikkel /owner

The Segways was easy to learn how to drive, so easy and so much fun! Sabina was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the city’s history and architecture. She was able to communicate with us while riding the Segways with ear pieces connected to walkie talkies which made the experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had an interesting trip aboard our Segways while motoring through Copenhagen on a crowded event in Denmark. Fantastic guide Pierre took us all through the city on Kings Race Day, an annual event that brought out thousands of race fans and clogged up most of the center of the city. But he was determined to show us all the famous places and sights and we did. Very good way to be above the crowds and go where even the Hop On busses could not...ask for Pierre if you want a full blown ride through a very interesting Copenhagen!

We took a 2 hr Segway tour on our second day to Copenhagen. None of us had any prior Segway experience. The training was easy and the Segways are easy to use. I had been wanting to do a Segway tour and this was great. Hard to take pictures while on the Segway but good exposure to the city. Overall a fun experience. All four members of the family seemed to have a good time.

Our guide Mikel was amazing. We booked our tour for New Years Day, which was an ask to start with. Then the weather was a windy, rainy mess. Mikel offered for us to change dates, however we only had New Years available. He graciously agreed to continue with the tour despite the weather. He was lovely, a great teacher for us novices, and very accomodating to one of my children who was stressed about the Segway experience. He was a knowledgeable guide providing the right level of interest, information and activity.
An awesome way to see Copenhagen quickly on limited time in an intimate setting.
Highly recommend the company, Mikel and the experience.

We have done many segways tours throughout the world so have a lot to compare to this tour. The route was a good route but we could not understand our guide so we missed out on a lot of valuable information. At one point, o even indicated to her that we could it understand and to consider speaking slower and louder. Nothing changed. We also passed by many historical structures where no information was provided:( Our guide was super sweet and patient with our group, however. I usually will take a bike tour or a Segway tour to get a layout of the area on the first day to get my bearings. This tour was useless in achieving that objective.

My teen and I had a good time on this tour. Copenhagen is pretty spread out. This is a nice way to see a lot of things in a shorter amount of time. We used headphones that our guide spoke into to tell us the history and what we were seeing.

We had a great experience with our Copenhagen Segway tour! Our tour guide (Rocio) was absolutely terrific. She was very knowledgeable about all the attractions/stops and the culture and history of Copenhagen. She helped make the tour even more fun and enjoyable. We like to take these types of tours when we first arrive in a new city in order to give us a lay of the land and help us decide on which big attractions are worth more time to explore and visit. Our Segway tour did not disappoint. We were all very happy with the tour and have already been recommending it to our friends and family.

Such a lovely guide and saw so much of Copenhagen. A really great experience for my myself, husband and 2 boys aged 13 and 17. The boys enjoyed it as much as we did as with the audio we zipped along and listened to all the info and spent lots of time segwaying as well as sight seeing. Rocio our guide was absolutely charming and paced the tour just right as well as keeping us safe. Would definitely recommend
