Super fun family activity!

We started the day with light rain and grey skies but we ended with big smiles and everyone agreeing this was the highlight! We were with grandparents in their 70s, kids ages 11 and 13; and every single person enjoyed it. The guides were patient, informative and also just nice people! As most of us had not been on a Segway before, they taught us how to control it and it was surprisingly easy to pick up. We also felt safe and well taken care of as they had one guide in front and another at the back as a “last man”. We did the 1 hour tour which was just about right and although we had done the bicycle tour the day before with a different company, and some sights were repeated, the stories told and the experience was entirely different. Highly recommend !

This tour was AMAZING! We booked a private tour which was super cool, 3 of the 5 of us had never been on a Segway tour before. Sabina was our guide and she was so nice and helped everyone get comfortable on the Segways before the tour. The tour itself was also amazing!! Sabina really knew her stuff. We learned a lot about the history of the city and were able to see a lot of the major highlights that most of us wanted to see. I wish we could have booked a 2 hour tour (our schedule didn’t allow it). This was a really great way to see a lot of the city and would highly recommend, especially if you’re limited with the amount of time you have in the city. We were on a cruise so only had one day. Cannot recommend this enough!!!!!

Gebucht war ein deutschsprachiger Guide nur für uns 6 Personen. Der Guide vor Ort sprach englisch, und wusste nix davon, daher war es leider nicht das, wofür ich bezahlt hatte. Und extra lange geguckt hatte im Netz um genau dieses Erlebnis voll zu genießen, da nicht alle Englisch verstanden. Sehr schade!

Lieber Gast. Es tut uns leid, dass sie den Eindruck hatten, dass die Tour auf Deutsch war. Hierbei muss es sich um einen Buchungsfehler auf der Viator-Plattform handeln. Leider haben wir keine deutschsprachige Führung in unserem Programm. Es muss also ein Fehler im System vorliegen. Wir bedauern diese Buchungserfahrung natürlich und die Schuld liegt bei Viator. Wenn sie wieder nach Kopenhagen kommen, kann ich ihnen als Entschädigung für die schlechte Buchungserfahrung einen kostenlosen Verleih unserer Elektrofahrräder anbieten.
