Overview

Travel across the city in ease, and see many of Copenhagen’s key highlights, on this small-group Segway tour. Meet your guide at the Langelinie Pier, grab a helmet, and get acquainted with the proper Segway techniques. Once you feel comfortable, set off across town: you’ll see The Little Mermaid, Christiansborg Palace, and more, and will even stop for refreshments (own expense) at a cozy café. As you go, your guide will share stories about the sights; headsets are included so you can hear their every word.

Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability. If not possible, we reserve the right to charge in full.

A Wonderful Tour

Our guide, Alex, was prompt, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was very good about letting us know what to expect-"We're going to turn right up here and go into the bicycle lane". He was always concerned about our safety and kept a close eye on the group. We did not begin until he was sure that everyone felt comfortable. Because of Alex and the beautiful weather it was one of our best days on our recent Baltic cruise.

My family ( husband and 3 sons age 12,15,18) took this excursion. Our cruise ship did not dock near the shop so it took us an hour to get there. ( shortage of taxies so took city bus that was packed and then had to walk 4-5 blocks from bus stop in the rain. Once we finally got to the Segway shop they were pleasant and professional. We had never used segways so we had a short lesson and were on our way! Fun tour. It would have been better if we had known street address ahead of time and also the problem w shortage of taxis to get to town off cruise ship. If you want a detail architectural or historical account of what you are seeing this is not the excursion for you. It gives a brief overview of what you are seeing which was fine by us. We trying to concentrate on our Segways!

Hi there family of 5 :) My response is delayed as I realized it never got published! Viator / Tripadvisor - as you booked via these guys you do get the address and it is clearly listed. I am sorry for the trouble you specifically experienced but we did call in an extra guide just for you and your family so you could still do the tour despite the delay as your group had left and the ones from the same ship did manage to get to us for the tour. We of course understand that sometimes it does go wrong - and with rain on top of it! Really sorry about that. But happy to hear you had fun overall! For deeper historical tours, we recommend walking tours where you also have the time to really dwelve into the facts and history about the monuments. Enjoy the rest of the Summer! It was a gorgeous sunny day, and it was 2 of us and Jonas, the wonderful, funny and engaging guide. The tour was fantastic, thorough, interesting and fun. We rode at a perfect pace, saw so much in just 2 hours. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see it all without having to park a car and wait for a gaggle getting on and off a bus. Fair warning, you do travel on some streets to the right of traffic, which can be a little unnerving, but the guide was watchful and safe. Also, there are a lot of uneven cobblestones, so don’t get overconfident. Loved this tour and got a new, much better perspective of Copenhagen. Top notch company and all were very friendly.

Great choice of words as Jonas is also a super gifted musician so he will be happy to hear that you think he rocks :) He quite literally does... Yes, we pride ourselves in safety first and therefore have also picked routes where there is least traffic but you see the most! First 20-25 min of our routes are in car-free zones. Absolutely fantastic service from both Viator and the Segway folks. I had made an error on the arrival time of my ship. Everything was sorted out with minimum fuss. I was re-scheduled to an afternoon slot. Upon arrival I discovered they had put on the tour just for me! Yep, I had a tour guide all to myself. The tour itself is fantastic, it takes in all of the sites. The young man with whom I toured was knowledgable, polite and very engaging. I had an absolute blast and can not recommend this tour enough, it was worth every penny. Once again many thanks to Viator and the Segway folks for your help and understanding with what was a mistake on my behalf!

Es war eine schöne Segway-Tour. Unser Guide Andrej war sehr nett. Am Anfang wurde uns die Steuerung des Segways erklärt und es gab kurz Zeit zum üben. Es gab viele Informationen über die Stadt. Man hat durch die Tour einen guten Gesamteindruck bekommen. Diese Tour ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder machen.
